Lumify started off nice and helpful on the phone Jake on studnet support.

But I cancelled well and truley before the course start date.

But continue without even starting or recieving any service from Lumfiy Learn, continue to get asked for money.

Would not recommend this company to learn with.

Not happy Lumify, thought you were real but your lint debit.com (1 star rating for payment link)

Fake massive scam do not recommend. All they care about is your money.

Somehow Lumify without me telling them knew my card had been requested as stolen or lost.

Tell me how would a company know this without the client telling them or being the bank themselves.

Craig Rossow has been the most delighted trainer in my whole world. After two years studying the ICT30120 Certificate III in Information Technology Elective Focus (Basic Cyber Security Awareness). Craig Rossow has guided me through the course effectively and it is such a great pleasure having him as my favourite Lumify Learn trainer of all time. I'm very delighted, honoured and proud to be a student of Lumify Learn getting through each module of the course. Thank you again Craig for everything you have done for me.

Signed up for AI Engineer course. 6000aud. Only to find that ALL their content is from pluralsight whose subscription is about 50aud/per month, which is waay cheaper than what they charge. I felt cheated but nothing to do since i already signed up for it. Save your money, sign up with pluralsight directly or use the Microsoft official website epeciaclly if your into getting certifications. I would have chosen this option if i had known better

My experience was excellent because the staff went out of their way to help me find what i needed, and the checkout process was quick and easy. The Trainer Rajalakshmi Kandasamy were friendly and i feel comfortable and welcome every time we have a meeting. I have a good learning and gain the experience in what i have studied. I thank her in so many ways that i can say she's a great Trainer and thank you again.

My autistic son signed up with this company when he was unemployed. He very soon after found employment. Due to his mental health he found working and doing this course very overwhelming. Anyone who knows anything about the spectrum would understand this.
Because of this he dropped out of the course.
When he enquired about the process of stopping the study he was told that he could either continue with his fortnightly payment or pay over $5000 to pay the course out. He didn't have the lump sum so continued to pay his fortnightly payments.
Yes he signed the contract with all the legalities but being on the spectrum he wasn't fully aware of how working and studying would affect him until he started working.
When he started this course he only did it for a couple of weeks before he stopped and enquired about canceling it, and has up to date now paid $3900 for nothing!
He again contacted them explaining his situation but they are not interested.
He asked, due to the fact that he has not participated in this course, something that would be very obvious to them. If they would accept the amount he has already paid as full payment.
There answer is no.
So my advice to any mums out there with a child on the spectrum, or anyone on the spectrum themselves. Make sure you will be able to cope with these courses before you sign up.
If you find that you can't it's bad luck.
These people will take your money anyway and have no empathy or compassion for peoples circumstances.
And circumstances can change at any time!
Oh and you can't even leave the correct experience date as the calendar doesn't go back to 2024

I did cert 3 in information technology
The Mentor Rajalakshmi Kandasamy help me out so much, she was so supportive to help in any way that would benefit me to learn IT. She knows that people are nervous to learn a new skill, but she makes it feel like you're just learning a new hobby.
I can't thank her enough.

Did a cert IV in Networking and my instructor was Dan Armstrong. The course was great and I learnt a lot and the learning guides were very easy to follow. Dan in particular made the course much easier as he was always willing to help with any problems I came across with my learning and did weekly check-ins. He is a patient and friendly instructor who knows a lot and shares a lot about his time in the industry. highly recommend this course and lumify learn and dan as an instructor

Lumify Learn Student support is horrible. We need to ask help or support through Studyspot chat. It takes 2-3 days to resolve any issue. For the amount of fee they charge which is 100times more than Udemy they should provide excellent student service but that is not the case with Lumify.

Little on the expensive side of things, but the quality is there, staff and teacher response is always good and always helpful, I cant really fault them on quality, they keep up with trends the industry is going and teach you what you need to know. Quite happy with my experience with them, again the only thing i would fault them on is their price is higher than other providers but you do get what you pay for i think.

Sally made it possible for me to undertake my course, helping through difficult times due to medical complexities and has been amazing right through.
Raji, has been absolutely amazing at helping me not only get started, but lead me right though till the end of the course and I never thought I could even get started. Her patience and dedication, even taking time to speak to me from another country while on holiday! Always calm and helpful. What can I say say, thank you, both so very much :)

From the first phone call with John, I could tell immediately that this company has an amazing human touch. John has instilled me with confidence going forward.

I signed up to the AI course but was very disappointed in the experience. It was meant to be an online, self-paced course with tutor support but the tutor was never available. We were just given access to PluralSight videos (which are available for a MUCH smaller monthly fee) with no support and little to no instruction on how we should proceed through the course. After a few weeks of such a terrible experience I requested a refund. Not only did they take $750 from the refund for 'admin costs', they wouldn't process the refund for 6 weeks. Even then, after six weeks I still hadn't received my refund. I've had to chase them up and apparently they missed the payment run and I'll have to wait longer. No compensation, I'm just meant to wait for a refund of thousands of dollars. Just awful.

Amazing teacher/professor/trainer.
Couldn't ask for more, my trainer Craig was absolutely amazing.
Great training sessions, very comprehensive towards my availability, always giving constructive feedbacks.
Teachers like Craig are hard to find, it makes this whole study and working a very different and enjoyable journey.
I would definitely recommend Lumify Learn to anyone that would like a fresh start.
