Quite possibly the worst company i have ever come across, my partner ordered from here in december for a Christmas gift for me. 3 months later and royal mail still awaiting the parcel. I’m unsure how the company are legally getting away with this, it’s clearly owned by a bunch of selfish thieves. I’d like a refund to my partner - order 45369 please, OR the actual items we ordered. i’ve emailed off his email - no responses they ignored. a few days later i did it from my own email - and i had a responce from the team to ask for my order number. here we are a week later with absolutely no emails back from them. Disgusted.

I'd love to give a review, but the product has not arrived yet. Please consider only sending these emails after the product has shipped.

Scam avoid company, didnt even dispatch item and the manager emailed from a Ms Maudsley, but called herself a completely different name (Jo Bailey). Claimed refunded my order, no confirmation of this so just went to my bank for them to chase the refund from this scam company. Complete scam company avoid at all costs.

They printed an incorrect name. I have tried nearly every day to contact them, but never receive a response. Shocking company to deal with. I do not recommend.

Okay I have to be honest there was a slight snag with Royal Mail losing my first order. However Jo was fabulous and sent a new item as soon as I reported the issue.

The housecoat I ordered is a gorgeous colour, I got the ice blue and it is not as gray as the photo it is actually a lovely sky blue colour so I am happy with that. It is also super soft, and nice and warm. I did order a size bigger than normal because I like to hide in my housecoat when the weather is cold. I could have gone for the smaller size as it did come a little bigger than I expected.

All in all, I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a cosy housecoat for the winter. The only thing I can't comment on is the personalisation as I didn't use that option, but if the rest of the service is anything to go by then I am sure it will be fine.

Received my personalised plush dressing gown had the option of different colours for the personalised lettering I wanted a silver colour which wasn't an option. I had left a note to see if this could be done and when received I was delighted they had fulfilled my wishes 😍 The dressing gown was as described the colour charcoal grey was better than I imagined plus I purchased it at a fantastic sale price ☺️ The personalisation was professional done.
