Wrong stuff and keeping quite, very bad communicator. Still keeps my money. I hope this time if he is genuine to send the right item I paid for.

Sorry that you feel and experienced bad feelings while shopping with Us. Car accidents happen, nobody wants them to happen, but unfortunately, they do happen. Same with business mistakes can happen (wrong items, damaged while in shipping, defective from manufacturing, etc.).
There is no business, that sends items out before receiving returns (even if it's the business's fault) that is the reason customer pays for goods first before they are sent out initially. We believe we did our best to resolve your issue and sent the goods back within a few hours after the return was received with express delivery at no cost to you. If you still feel that we have not done enough for you, sorry, but we communicated with you from first contact till last, until the issue was resolved. If that wasn't enough we only can apologise, but we assume that we probably can't be good to everyone despite doing the best we can.
