I bought my glasses in February of last year. My glasses stoped charging April of 2026. So the warranty was out. You think they would last more than a year. They offered me a discount of 30%. A product won’t last more than a year or so???? Not again Il get some cheap ear phones for that price and they were prescription also. Buyer Beware.

Very durable and priced very fair. I was surprised with the quality and durability. Bought the whole family a pair, perfect for driving and also being able to hear your surroundings simultaneously. You got a life time customer here!
She came up to me and asked what kind of sunglasses i was wearing that were playing her favorite song, these pairs of glasses attract those around you with their hifi quality audio and of course their good looks. I don't leave the house without them now. Quick to charge and last all day, very impressed with these.
Don’t listen to these jokers. I have been using Lucyd for years, and they were the first to the smartglass game and still the best. Their tech support responds around the clock. They are nasdaq company not a kickstarter like most people selling smartglassrs
The problem with this company is that they don’t honor the return policy ! The 100$ extended warranty’s is of no use! If you send the defective lens for resolution to lucyd fixing the defective eyewear they will ask for 50% cost of lens for the replacement. Don’t trust this company’s return policy . Will report further to other consumers on MY terrible experience . One star is too much but has to select to make a complaint !

Reached out several times about my order. Site say next day shipping but my order has been "preparing" about a week short of a month. I've emailed 4 times, twice asking for a cancelation and refund since this waiting game is infuriating. The only time I got a response my request was ignored and was told they would ask the lab about the order. I've ordered from this company before and absolutely loved the product but I ordered from Amazon which limits your options as far as what color you want your actual glasses to be. I've received orders from temu quicker than this. Safe to say I will never order from lucyd again

I am absolutely blown away by the astonishing customer service at Lucyd! From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. Communication was seamless, with every question answered promptly and thoroughly. I live in UK so ordering from US is a bit of a challenge but the staff went above and beyond, always kind and attentive, making me feel truly valued as a customer. Horrible customer service. Their chat assist is basically a bot that asks for your email to which they never respond. They offer a discount code, no limitations in the offering and you go through the order process, try to use the code, and the message is doesn’t apply to the product. I’m sending ding screenshots to the AG’s consumer fraud division - it’s a classic false advertising scheme.

I have been using last year's glasses at my phone based work, and the battery life beats everyone, hands down. The freedom you feel not having to put on the headset is priceless. The sound quality is so good no one knows I am using them until I say something.
I won't go back to a headset, and will only use earbuds as a last resort.
