had no idea i was subscribing to a monthly service. I emailed several times to try to get the gum to stop coming. I just wanted to try it out. I finally asked chat gpt how to get them to stop delivering and learned I had an account and had to log in and where to go once logged in to cancel the freaking subscription. These crooks should be ashamed of themselves. What a nightmare.

As we were carrying out works in North Dublin one of the guys who was repairing a bedroom floor put some screws in into floorboards to stop nice coming from the cheap flooring double installed in the property made a mistake by putting in screw into the water pipe he was at the property for around 15 minutes he repaired it he charged €510 for this amount of time and very little materials had to be used. I’ve spoken to a qualified plumber who is in the building trade for over 20 years and he has told me that this guy has charged three times the amounts of what the correct price should be and Paul if you’re looking at this, I can assure you that tomorrow all of the online advertising websites will be notified and you will be getting reported for frauds and deception and overcharging as I have a snapshot of the payment being paid to your bank account. This will not be getting done to anybody else I will also be notified the necessary banking system with your details. The gum is OK but ordering and establishing an account can't be done unless you are an addict. They will only allow "subscribers" that auto deliver monthly to set up accounts so you can't see what you have bought or check status unless you subscribe. That obviously means going thru the whole order process from scratch every time. What a joke.

I have had multiple issues with their turn around time on orders. One order never shipped and now I’ve been waiting for five business days and their customer service is blaming “fulfillment issues” which sure sounds like they don’t have it in stock but they certainly took my money… zyns will be back soon. Just buy Zyns.

Update: it has now been 3 weeks since I submitted my order and they just shipped via ups, which requires a signature, but I have a job so now I have to pay $6 to pick it up somewhere. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Great product and outstanding customer service. I contacted costumer service after having an issue with shipping and Jennifer immediately emailed me back, cancelled the order and put in a replacement order.

This company has great customer service that's about it. First order great! Second order bad hard breakers and pouches was lacking second order replaced the first return mango was horrible 3rd mint pouches was to thin Than usual. My point here is they quality control is horrible I will not order again untill they get they quality control in order or they drop prices due to to this. BE WARNED MANY PEOPLE HERE HAVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT QUALITY CONTROL. THANKS BUT NO THANKS LUCY

They sent me 3 reviews. I finally left one so they would leave me alone and then it appears they DELETED IT. I think zyn is a better product and will be going back to them

Love the flavors, I like that it doesn't burn or sting my lip like others on the market. I do wish the product had a cheaper price point.

Delivery was good but the gum tastes not as good as I remember. Tastes old and like plastic.

You replaced the mint with the espresso. Espresso doesn’t taste good. Every mint and fruit flavors taste good and it is curbing my cravings to smoke. Thank you for that!

Customer service is super responsive and has a personal touch. Products are far better than anything on the market, but still can use some QC (for example, different flavors have different experience. The bead inside the mint pouch will dissolve within minutes on its own, releasing the flavor earlier than one may want it. The bead inside the berry pouches will never dissolve until the user bites into it). Some pouches have alot of flavor "dust" inside the can (when i close the can, literally a puff of cloud comes out), other cans do not. Some pouches break down faster than others, etc.

Flavors are outstanding. Flavor lasts much longer than market competitors found in stores

Pouches are pretty good. I like the you can get them in 12mg. My only problem is every time I order there's at least one pouch that's torn open and the whole can is cover in the powder. It's not a huge deal but it is a little annoying

You sent the wrong flavor and did not ask if it would be ok to sent that one instead of the one that is on my subscription
