Lucrando Melbourne 

The item was wrongly advertised as Italian and when it came it was labeled as made in China
PayPal gave me a refund because they agreed that the seller cheated me, but I was not able to recover the significant return postage costs.
Beware, this is a dishonest vendor.

I can't believe I fell for this rubbish knock-off shop from Hong Kong, not Melbourne! Don't be fooled by these con-artists. The garments aren't even a close representation of their website. The poorest of quality 😡

Products are not cashmere. No customer service and a front for cheap Chinese imports. This company should not exist.

I purchased a blouse from this company, took 5 weeks to be delivered, when it arrive tried it on and it was not a medium more like an XS, emailed the company straight away, was told to return it back to China as lucrando does not have an office here, If I paid AU $17.00 plus the postage which was$40.00 from Australia this shirt would have cost me over $100.00 and no guarantee it would be the correct size, DO NOT DEAL WITH COMPANY READ REVIEWS. They are scammers

Don’t trust those I list my money on a jacket that was soooo small and they just delayed replies and never addressed my issue

Do not trust this website or Dovima Melbourne, Lilly Wellington & Armoire Melbourne they're one and the same, they promote premium woolen jumpers and high end imagery, and deliver poorly made inaccurately advertised polyester products. I can't believe I didn't read up on this site sooner. Every ridiculous essay as to why they couldn't refund. I noticed another site, also with terrible reviews, run by them called Melbourne Moda (now shutdown), they just keep changing their name.

The also just opened up Deeres Melbourne so stay clear!

I am very upset with their customer service. It's not worth buying from this website, the product is of poor quality, I want to return it and get a refund. I sent an email but received no response from them😡

Stay away. Low quality product. Sizing wasn’t even close. Ships from China. Had to pay for shipping to return to China.
Scammers in every way They are NOT from Melbourne.
I have since gone through Paypal to get a refund
Cost me $36 return postage to China though
Will see if the refund comes through with Paypal policing it

Pity I didn’t read these reviews beforehand! 6/6/24 I received an order for a jkt and a leisure suit from this mob of scammers. They had come up on my Facebook feed numerous times so I unwittingly thought I’d give them a go... The clothing pictures looked good and refunds were not a problem they said…
Well, when I received the clothing both items were definitely not as described in size measurements from their website and also advertised fabric content. Cheap nasty fabric and an ‘adult’ size more suitable for a 9 year old. Talking to their customer service went without any resolution or mention of a refund even after send photos of the items showing size and fabric difference. After a couple of replies from them - they were trying to get me to buy another replacement jkt - yeah coz I need two jkts that won’t fit! They have now gone into radio 🤐 silence and are not responding to any of my emails. I think Im just gonna have to put this down to a nasty experience and will definitely check the reviews before I buy online next time. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother with these scammers who have zero integrity!!

I warn you to stay away from ordering on this site. You are not buying items from Melbourne but cheap knock off clothing from China. Quality is so poor, colours are not true to images AND you can not return irrespective of their claims as you will not be returning any items to Melbourne BUT you will be expected to send them to China (more expense to you and about a month to send to China). I have reported them to the ACCC for investigation- Lucrando Melbourne is such a scam.

I strongly suggest that everyone give this company a very wide birth.
Products were absolute rubbish and I'm being nice. I bought two cold weather jackets and four shirts, the jackets weren't much thicker than a Tshirt, one I couldn't get my arms in yet alone around my shoulders, the other jacket fitted but the colour was nothing like was depicted online and would never cut it in the cold weather. Finally the shirts, were hideous to look at, nothing like the design shown online and the one shirt I did try on was at least two sizes to large.
When I tried to send the items back and I followed their online process, I was refused and offered a discount on a following purchase, I'm not interested in ever purchasing from them again. With back and fourth emails, I finally got a return address. This address was in China, not Melbourne where I believed I had purchased from, yet on close inspection of the packaging I could see that it was dispatched from a Sydney location.
Lucky for me my post master is a Chinese expat and informed me that there was no possibility of my package ever arriving at any warehouse on the road address given as I had not been provided with the actual warehouses street number and that, that particular road, of which my post master was very familiar with, said it was several kilometres long and was mainly warehouses and even if it did by chance find the correct warehouse, it would take more than 30 day to arrive there. He advised me to seek clarification on the address of which I have, just to be told, that the address was correct and to get a tracking number as the 30 day period was running out.
I believe that I am being scammed as there is no possible way of returning the products inside the time frame.
Under Australian Consumer Law for online purchases I am entitled to a full refund of which I'm being denied. I have now placed this matter in the hands of the ACCC and I would strongly suggest that anyone else that has suffered similarly do the same.

Product that arrived was not as described - terrible quality, sizing wrong and colour not as photographed - asked for a refund only to offered a discount on my next product. Many emails later and they will not provide return address. Dodgy!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I tried them out. Don’t use them!!

The company has a 12 hour cancellation policy shown on their website. I cancelled within 2 hours. I have the emails to prove this entire experience. The "customer support email" I received 8 hours after the order / 6 hours after cancelling ( so still within the 12 hour cancellation limit) said it had already shipped. No ship details were provided. In addition No Ship email was received / no Track No. provided despite 3 more emails sent to customer service.Clearly the parcel had NOT shipped at time of cancellation / time of response - it was just a delaying tactic, as 'Shipped' email finally received a full 24hours later. I will be seeking a refund. SHONKY company. Cancellation Policy is a farce.Will never use again. Suggest you avoid at all costs.

I received my order today, a Jessy Prestige wool coat cost $79.95 this coast was not of any standard at all, it was not what I had ordered at all it was not lined the fabric was a very poor standard. I am very disappointed indeed as I waited almost 3 weeks. I have made a request for a full refund within 7 days. I will not recommend this site to anyone. As the product standard is not what it may seem on the web site.

The jumper I received was nothing like their photo or description. It was not made of wool, it was orange instead of pink, it was not knitted and was very poor quality. Their company name indicates they are an Australian company, but my item was dispatched directly from China. I am trying to get a refund….. I would not recommend them at all
