I activated my account July 2025 and…
I activated my account July 2025 and put in over 700 and didn’t win anything which is cool cause that’s just how gambling is, you win some you lose some. After that month I didn’t play until recently March 2026, this time I won over a thousand but tried to only redeem 900. They gave me so many issues trying to redeem the money. I had three cards I had purchased from, two of them being virtual prepaid cards. They wanted pictures of all three cards which I couldn’t do so I uploaded statements and receipts, they accepted one of the receipts for one prepaid and for the other denied it. I provided, statements from when I first activated the account, receipts, I even took a snapshot of my Cash App information and sent a transaction pdf report they denied and cancelled my redemption. I let them know that on my real bank statement you could clearly see the transactions on there from
Me transferring money with my prepaid cards. So there was in fact a lot of proof, no one tried working with me! I mean no one. I was banking on that money for my move in two weeks! They had no problem when I was spending money but when I tried to redeem it was a whole issue. I been back and forth with support and no one seems to actually care about my issue.

Wow! The customer service from Louise was amazing, and the overall experience was fantastic. I’ve wagered hundreds of thousands of dollars on other platforms and often felt like it still wasn’t enough to receive genuine time and support from them. After leaving a project I helped develop because of poor behavior from colleagues, it’s refreshing to see how things should be done. I like the platform so far, the only thing Is it glitches alot. The site is not very mobile friendly, I don’t know if their server isn’t large enough to support the amount of players or what the issue is. However their customer service was a very good experience. Louise was a great help and attend to my needs swiftly and promptly. I would definitely recommend this platform to anyone wanting to try slots for the first time!
