Lucky Seven Private Hire Omdömen

Their drivers are polite, they drive safely and the wait is pretty quick most days.

Excellent service! I called for a last-minute pickup and they were at my door within 10 minutes. The driver was friendly and knew all the shortcuts to avoid the morning traffic.
Definitely my go-to taxi company from now on.

I always use Lucky Seven, and I won’t use anyone else, reliable and friendly, app is easy to use … would recommend 👍🏻

They just have good hygienic and friendly drivers

Unreliable. I've given 2 stars because my first ever lucky seven taxi driver who was very nice, polite, helpful and on time. I give zero (0) stars for my return taxi of which I was told a 5-10min wait, but did not show after 20 mins late at night in the dark freezing cold weather. I was a solo female not feeling safe and so I started to walk home. 25 mins later the taxi driver called to say he had arrived. I explained, twice over, that I had started to walk due to not feeling safe and gave my location which was not to far away, asking the taxi driver to come pick me up from the nearby gas station. The driver did not want to do this and so I walked home for one hour, arriving home 30 mins past midnight. A highly unsafe, unreliable service of which I do not recommend for the safety and wellbeing of others.

Booked and paid for a taxi online that never came and never got my money back . Rang to complain and just given we dont care excuses . A few days later Pre booked a taxi for 7.05 am , at 10 past they allocate a driver ...that was 10 minutes away . 20 mins Late for work and they just say yeah we were busy , well then say that dont accept the booking and cause us to be late for work costing us money just so you can make pennies . Thieves

Best of vibes from these drivers 100% reccomend this taxi service, there hilarious too, proper vibe when asking to turn music up!!

This taxi company is full of amazing people with amazing vibes! Always find a driver in less than 5 minutes! I recommend lucky seven alot!

It’s an exciting experience because Lucky seven makes it easier for me. I need not worry about time or place, all I need to do is to just pre book, and when it’s time the taxi comes and pick me up

Easy to book ,
Friendly drivers
Careful driven

Really good polite drivers which is a big change from years back. Always on time and arrive in a clean vehicle

Used lucky 7 for years and ilk never change, always arrive on time, reliable & some great drivers

Friendly drivers, prompt arrivals, safe cars

Only taxi firm ill use most trusted and reliable service highly recommended to all friends and family. Can't get a cheaper taxi.

I love the app so much taxis take no longer than 5 minutes gets me places on time

Today when I tried to book for my son's school none of the drivers are taking the trip and even after 5 minutes Lucky seven doesn't bother to allocate a taxi for me, very very horrible experience. I am booking daily to and fro to work at night and when I need a taxi for my little one's school they don't even bother to allocate a taxi for me. Worst and horrible experience show by Lucky seven towards a regular customer.

The company is doing great, a few issues with the app freezing but that's technology and some drivers are rude but when speaking to the base this was resolved fairly quick.

They're swift and reliable. The company has good drivers and ww feel safe when we travel

Always a good journey with lucky seven taxis, easy app and polite and helpful
