I opened up an account with 777luckymister no questions asked no prohibition no warnings of having another account with this casino I passed all verification I deposited £50 pounds and won 10k no bonuses accepted at all once i tried to withdraw it a received an email the next day from the casino telling me they have voided my winnings as I have broke rules by having another account which I clearly don’t understand as if I did they would of notified me of this during registration and to log into that account which they didn’t I have read up numerous statements off people regarding this site who have already experienced the same problem surely this can not happen as it is clearly stealing customers money and should be regulated if the amount i won was 100s I wouldn’t of minded but £10k is not goin to be ignored

I use this site ,then they ask me a lot documents and cards,then after one day my card was suspended because they try to do transaction fraudulently.
Please avoid it's a scam.

Please NEVER use this site. I'm no stranger to gambling sites and have struggled with addiction over the years. Thus has to be the worst scam site I ever used. Continually rejecting my identification even though there's nothing wrong with it and totally legit as I've sent to previous other sites and never had a problem. Zero stars. I had win 6K and when I tried to withdraw it the whole process was a disaster . Took ages for verification of ID documents etc then after multiple emails and phone calls I got verified only to be told I could only withdraw 400 at a time and that it could take a few days to process which meant it would of took months to get it paid. Obviously thry know I like playing the games and because of this I now have zero in my account and they sent me an email to say my account is blocked. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS IT'S LIKE MONOPOLY MONEY WHEN YOU WIN AS ITS NOT REAL YET THEY QUICK ENOUGH TO TAKE OUR MONEY!!

Went to live casino which was provided by evolution gaming with €115, won over €2500 but my balance did not update on their website. I had screenshots and a screen recording showing my balance in the live casino to be €2689 but they still refused to update my balance on their website and ultimately scammed me out of my winnings. They repeatedly said the technical team cannot see the winnings in my balance, that’s the whole point of me contacting them!!

As this company is not regulated in the UK I have no way of claiming these winnings through the gambling commission etc.

The worst possible casino out there. Minimum withdrawal is 150 euro so even if you put in 20 you cannot take unless it gets to 150. You never seem to win on there. I have put in thousands to see absolutely no return. The bonuses never pay out and the spins are just a waste.7
