They got me too the cheap bald head baby with no clothes..I starting and law suit against this company I need as many people that has been scammed by them or only offered some of their money back in this suit they using fake ads to take money from people We going to try to get it all back and some. Everyone on this page I will try to get in touch with to have your name on the list for the suit.

Received my real doll today came naked and it’s just a small brown plastic doll I can get from the dollar tree. Do not buy it’s a scam!!!!

Ordered life like doll with pulse clothes and coos what i actually received was a naked cheap plastic doll could of bought from pound shop. How are these people getting away with this they need stopping

I ordered 2 LIfe-like dolls - 22" Clothed. $40.98. They sent 2 Dollar store value, 8 1/2 " rubber dolls, brown in color, no clothes, the kind you get a baby as a first doll. Contracted them several times. At no time offered to send what I paid for. Offered $3 refund, then $5, now up to $7. and keep insisting that I can use the garbage they sent. Pay-Pal isn't even accepting what I fill out... The Crooks need to be stopped.

They only get one star as I can’t award lower
Ordered a shark toy from my mom for her granddaughter took forever to arrive I even paid extra for faster shipping
When it arrived was nothing like described or advertised didn’t work was a cheap piece of material took up a dispute with PayPal was offered $4 I paid $39.98
They are rude and will not give me a full refund I’m still trying to resolve with PayPal
After reading all these negative reviews how are they allowed to still trade DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM

I ordered sandals and filed a claim with PayPal, as they were never shipped due to Covid. The vendor has offered to refund, but I’m not getting a response back from PayPal. Does anyone have a phone number for PayPal?

I bought a pet bed from them for $30 total shipped .
A 60 cm (24 inch) coffee bean color .
What I recieved was a 45 cm (20 inch ) grey color pet bed .
Thru PayPal messaging I sent a photo showing size and color and orig reciept with the description .
They first offered $2 refund and suggested I sell it .
Next email they sent was an offer for $4 refund because as a company they would lose money if the refunded , and they added please don’t leave feedback .
I will give them
One more chance and then I will turn it into a dispute with PayPal .

Edit: now they are offering $8 refund after I escalated the claim to a dispute , I refused it and PayPal is reviewing

Ordered sandals on the 2/2/20 still waiting. It’s time all these con merchants were taking of the selling market. They should be investigated before they can advertise. Shocking nasty theives

I bought a force fx lightsaber from here and many things to note.
1. Toke over 4 weeks to receive it
2. Had 3 different tracking numbers for the same package all with different routes. But I got it today and now they all say receives
3. Took multiple days to receive a reply email from the company
And the worst of all
4. I DID NOT EVEN RECIEVE THE ITEM THAT WAS ADVERTISED. it was totally different from all the pictures they had on it. Wasnt correct hilt, color, length or anything

I ordered a steam straightener on the 1st Feb 2020 and haven’t heard a thing since cant even contact them think I’ve been scammed going to take it further as they shouldn’t be able to get away with this angry is putting it politely give this company a wide berth

I order two purses from them on 13 jan 2020 and I still have not received them, very disappointed as one was a birthday present, try communicating server times and not getting any answers, will not be buying anything else from luckylife

Wish i had read reviews was sent wrong goods. And to send back i had got to pay shipping.totally disgusted with them will never shop with them again.

I ordered two pairs of women’s waterproof boots at the end of December in 2019. It was January 26th and I still had not received them. So, I wrote a bad review. I emailed the seller first, but got no response. About one week after the review, I finally received the boots. They are good quality and fit as expected. But since it took so long to receive them, I won’t order from this seller again.

Wish I've read the reviews before I order my grandbaby Christmas gift off of here Christmas is in 3 days and I haven received it yet will learn to read the reviews first in the future.

I've been waiting for my order since June it's Labor Day what's wrong with this picture they messed with the wrong person here I will get what I ordered most definitely I will not be made a fool of or ripped off this is the most awful site I've ever had to deal with I've learned my leson to check reviews before I purchase unless it's a reputable company this is for an infant that probably will be two by the time it comes but I will get my purchase😬😈😬😈

These people are con-artists. The teddy-bear we ordered did not work when it arrived so we asked for a replacement or refund. Instead we received a request to send a video of the non-functioning bear, which we did. No replacement bear or refund has arrived. This is clearly common practice by Lucky Life. Don’t touch them with a barge pole!

I bought a peekaboo teddy that arrived faulty, I have never experienced such bad customer service. Proved via video that the bear didn’t work. I was told “as I had received it and the bear was in good condition”although it wasn’t animated, which was why I purchased the bear in the first place that I could keep the bear and they would give me some compensation. After a lot of email to and fro and getting the same response back from them like a broken record I have neither had a refund or a replacement bear BUYER BEWARE the star rating is minus 10. Looks like I got scammed too. Ordered a smartwatch over a month ago, no response since.
Site is now offline. Hope to get a response on my email, but I don't expect anything...
