Apparently Lucky Hands had a major backup of letters. After 6 months and reaching out to the support team, I found Sweepstakes Coins were dropped in my account overnight. I am very happy LHands came through for me!!

I was impressed as well as grateful for there recognition..Ann the lady who ai conversed with was just as congenial and helpful as she could be with assisting me on how to collect this bonus! I've been playing with several of the on line platforms and the big names of ones I will not mention never did this for a customer like myself who has paid to use their service. I have never deposited with this lucky hands before. But they did something for me that I just want to recognize their gifting will surely gain my business from now on! Customer service is way beyond any site I've used. Anytime I have had a question I'm able to speak to a real person within a minute or two. No chatbot, no long queue. And I've had amazing luck and redemption is super quick and easy.

This site is just straight garbage. Very similar to other sites except they have extremely dumb policies. For one, you can only redeem once every 24 hours. This alone has made me want to close my account. I also just found out there's a limit to how much you can instantly redeem. It's based on your VIP level. Me not having a VIP status yet can only redeem a max of 200 SC... They basically copied all the other online casinos and just made it worse. I have no clue why people would play here when there are way better alternatives. They literally put a restriction on you if you win. Ridiculously stupid. I would not recommend this site.

Great customer service 24 hrs a day

Sorry but I have to give a 1 star to a website that lowers their already abysmal 0.30 daily to a pathetic and greedy 0.10. way to give back to those that support you guys. Really shows your loyalty and gratitude for the people who give you their hard earned money when you cant even thank the ones who pay for your entire business with anything but the slap in the face that is pathetic 10 cent daily. Nobody is going to spend their money at your site when you prove you have absolutely nothing to offer people compared to the dozens of competition sites that are infinitely more generous and loyal to their patrons. Your doors will close soon and the reason why is all the reasons given above. Just another dead un the water casino built on greed alone that will die just like all who follow in the sad footsteps of Gains and their 9 year old of a CEO

My experience thus far with Lucky Hands and the customer support team have been nothing short of fantastic!! The team is very prompt to respond to you with the utmost respect, kindness, care and professionalism. Everything you could hope for in a customer service team for any company anywhere! I have been playing Lucky Hands for months now and at first I was really excited about it because they have great games and quick redemptions but honestly since the “VIP” program finally came out it’s been nothing but a complete let down. For starters when they launched the VIP program anyone who had been playing before hand and was already a top tier “VIP” got totally screwed because there was no retroactive bonuses for leveling up so you had no opportunity to collect. And then the literal ONLY other perk was a free %15 extra on 1 package once a day that lasted for about a month and then they stopped doing it. So there is NO BENEFIT whatsoever for being a vip. And then on top of it the customer service is dog shit. I had multiple glitches that o reported only to be told that they counted help me unless I had a video of the glitch. So I started recording my play on certain games and sure enough the same glitch happened again. I submitted the video and it’s been 5 days now and they haven’t even offered a basic credit or ANYTHING - they just keep telling me to wait. I’m sick of this site. Punt and Chances casinos both offer instant redemptions and more games than lucky hands with out all the glitchy games and much faster customer service. Plus they give the VIPs real perks and not just “atta boys”

Spend over 5k in total, no luck, got one bonus on 5 bet, which paid 30 .Will stick to other casinos.

I've only received genuine help from one person in Luckyhands support. That was by Cyryl! They were very patient and understanding of every question I needed answers to, and did not hesitate to break it down for me. I'd give 5 stars if every person in support was like this, but for now, I'll keep it at 4 because I also don't like how processing redemption now work through certain tiers & for whatever reason, I'm not able to see my processing redemption transaction in my wallet. LH has been a joy ride for me, but once my funds are in my account, I might be taking a break...or not! Happy spinning with the luck in my hands! 🍀
