Please AVOID at all cost. This is the biggest scam casino I have ever came across. They will not payout l. I had £500 pending withdrawal and £500 in credit. I received an email telling me they had cancelled my withdrawal and took £640 from my account due to so wagering requirements. After a little back and forth and speaking with someone from Gambling Commission I accepted this. And continued to play. I had £360 pending withdrawal at this time. I was given a bonus I did not ask for at this point too. I played and won. I wagered the required £2500 I stated I had too. Once this was met I played on and had a little over £700 in credit on top of my £360 pending withdrawal. I wanted to be 100% sure that I could withdraw this without any issues and went to live chat. I asked them support Agent twice how much I could withdraw from the £700 credit in my account. He asked me to allow him a moment to check, on his return he said as I had met the requirements of £2500 that I could withdraw the full £700 but to remember I could only make a maximum withdrawal of £500 at a time. I then asked if I could cancel the £360 pending withdrawal and make two separate £500 withdrawals would it definitely be accepted, he again confirmed yes it would as I had met all requirements needed and this money was now mine. I screenshot the full conversion and informed the agent that I was doing so, he had no issue with this. Fast forward 12 hours and they are now saying they have the right to cancel for fairness. I have asked again if I will receive the £1000 I have un my account to be continually met with complete radio silence. Should it be cancelled again I will send all correspondence and screenshot ls to Gambling Commission to raise my complaint, I have screenshot of all wagering with dates showing completed and the credit in my account. I was under the impression this was part of the Astrozino casino company who all in all are a great site and payout without any issue. I would honestly avoid Luckywand as there seems to be many people facing same problems when it comes to being paid winnings.

Never deposit anything to this site, they are total scammers, i had a balance of £5400 and they just removed it from my balance and said i had breached t and c's, which was just total lies, when i asked for details they said their decision was final and they wouldnt be answering any questions..i also had a £500 withdrawl pending and they took that as well..absolutely awful site

I was excited to try this new online casino when my son recommended it to me, however, thankfully I delayed depositing as it is clearly a scam site. We are in the process of finding the licensing authority to report to, but the short story is that they let you deposit. You place your bets. If you’re lucky you have a win. They then remove the money from the account and send out a generic template stating you have breached some terms so they won’t pay out. Being a family who enjoy a bit of a flutter, it is 100% evident that none of the terms have been breached and that this is just a scam to remove money. They are extremely unprofessional in any interactions, never answering any questions or addressing any issues. I would say potentially the chats are just bot generated but even a bot would make more sense in my opinion. Avoid this site, hopefully only a matter of time until they are exposed as a scam.

Once you deposited they take more than you deposit out of you bank, it says the extra will be refunded or you can contact customer support nothing about you need to screen shot you bank deposit & send it to them wouldn’t deposit here again !!!

Would give 0 stars if possible! I deposited here numerous times and had a few withdrawals of 500 then when I won a jackpot and had a balance of 13,500 pounds they closed my account so I could not login and after me submitting a complaint on casino guru they emailed me and quoted some T and c’s about using methods of some sort. I had to google what they said as I did not even know what these were! They are just con merchants and will keep taking your money and they have no licensing authority to go to so they think they can do what they want. They are owned by green champions leader it states on their website, and another one of their sites has just done the same to me froggybet.io. Stay away from these sites you will never win.
