I am a self-excluded gambler. Despite having completed the identity verification (KYC) with my ID (DNI) and biometrics via KYCAID, Lucky Star allowed me to open a second account and make 35 deposits totaling over $7,000,000 ARS.
​The identity provider (KYCAID) has formally confirmed that the responsibility to block the user rests solely with the casino. Lucky Star knowingly ignored my biometrics and ID data to continue taking my money. Furthermore, after contacting the regulator (Antillephone N.V.), I was informed that the license displayed on their website (8048/JAZ) is invalid/expired.
​They are currently refusing to refund my net deposits ($3,082,188 ARS) despite clear evidence of their safety failure. Stay away from this site; they do not follow responsible gaming laws and operate illegally.
