Nous rencontrons des difficultés avec le transport en provenance des États-Unis et, en raison de la concurrence plus importante dans le port de Rotterdam, nous avons reçu beaucoup de retours négatifs à ce sujet.

FAST DELIVERY UP TO ROMANIA, GOOD CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT, BUT I DIDN'T GAVE 5 STARS BECAUSE THE SITE/AND STOCKS WEREN'T ACTUALISED, I'VE PLACED AN ORDER FOR SOME PRODUCTS THAT THEY WEREN'T IN THE STOCKS, THA MONEY WAVE BEEN WITHDRAW ALSO FOR THE PRODUCTS MISSING, BUT AFTER THIS REFUND THE DIFFERENCE IN MY BANK. unfortunately we can't do much about the function in stock compared to what is shown on the website when it comes to the call you bought.
the item comes from the USA and is supposed to be on back order, we had one in stock and the rest would therefore be on a back order, but since you buy two pieces you don't get this message that the other one is on back order, it's a bit unfortunate but we are unfortunately, the rear bound in the machinery cannot be set up as needed.
but we hope to see you another good time

yes, it didn't go as smoothly as it usually does.
unfortunately we have had to search for the package after it arrived in Italy, as it had mysteriously disappeared.
Fortunately, we figured it out together and we hope you are happy with the new items we have sent.
we strive to keep the shipment to 3-4 working days, that it goes wrong every now and then is difficult to count on.
We hope to be able to do business with you again without delivery problems😉
I feel fooled to purchase by your «terms & conditions»
Your written «terms and conditions» states that all prices are shown with Danish VAT. You do not give any warning that this is not the case for customers visiting from a country outside of EU. On my question by e-mail prior to my order you even confirmed that you do remove danish VAT for deliveries outside EU. Because of this I was fooled to believe that I was going to be refunded 25% after shipment. This did not happen, and accordingly I do not see this as a fair trade. I did my job checking terms and conditions, you did not deliver up to your own labelling.

I can see we have had some problems between us, but our website is forced to show the prices with VAT, right up until you tell the website which country you are shopping from. I have checked your order and can see that it is consistent with the fact that the VAT has been deducted from your order and this happened as soon as you selected Norway.
We apologize for your poor review, but we have not cheated you out of your money, as a company we could never come up with this.
if you want to see our prices without VAT on the website, you just have to create a user. The website will then register that you are from Norway when you log in and will therefore show all prices without VAT.
We hope to be able to do business with you again.
