The firm was dismissive and unhelpful throughout my eviction case. Important evidence I provided was ignored, calls not returned and overall very poor follow up. They pushed for court hearings to increase their billable hours without explanation or cause. I would not recommend this firm

Rude, aggressive reception staff and are unable to support people with disabilities upon disclosing that you have learning disabilities and need help with information - reception staff respond in a mocking tone and talk over you aggressively, they talk to you like you are stupid. initially they are respectful and helpful however They are rude and abrupt on the phone once they have received their fees, upon receiving fees they completely turn nasty and respond to every communication with sarcasm and patronising manner which is very distressing. I do not know the receptionists name but she was disgusting to deal with and a thoroughly horrible person. The associate Robyn was not as overtly horrible but was incredibly sarcastic and patronising. I would avoid this firm at all costs. save your money, they will not provide any legal advice either just robotically keep repeating themselves. if you are a person with hidden diasabilities or learning disabilities please avoid.

We instructed Lucid Legal for a possession matter that had become quite complicated because of historic issues with a former letting agent and a difficult tenancy.
From the start the team were calm, clear and very professional. Davar was our main point of contact and kept everything organised, explaining the process and making sure things stayed on track as the case progressed.
Christian, the solicitor, did a great job of getting to grips with what was quite a messy factual background. He clearly understood the issues, narrowed things down properly and made sure we were protected. The extra work he did close to the hearing, particularly around the historic deposit issue, was very helpful and strengthened the case.
On the day of the hearing the advocate, Luke, was excellent. His calm and pragmatic approach meant he was able to broker an agreement with the duty solicitor before we even went in front of the judge, which made the whole process much smoother and less confrontational than it could have been.
Overall we felt very well supported throughout what had become a complex situation. The preparation and teamwork really showed in the outcome, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucid Legal. The case concluded successfully with a possession order by agreement, which was a huge relief after a long process.

Excellent service during a recent property possession case. Robyn Camm and Davar Adnan handled the matter professionally and were very responsive throughout.
Despite the short notice before the court hearing, everything was organised quickly and representation was secured in time. The case resulted in a Possession Order requiring the defendant to vacate within 20 days, along with Fixed Costs awarded in favour of the claimant.
Communication was clear and updates were provided regularly, including explanations of the legal process and guidance on the next steps, such as instructing bailiffs if needed. The team also handled some last-minute administrative requirements efficiently to ensure the hearing could go ahead without delay.
Overall, a very professional and efficient service with a great outcome. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with property possession or eviction proceedings.
