Great customer service and excellent quality leather and fabrics. My order arrived quickly and right on time, and the packaging truly stood out. The boots were wrapped and presented like luxury items, which made the entire experience feel elevated from start to finish.

Lucent Los Angeles makes the best Chelsea boot I’ve ever owned. The quality is unreal feels premium, the fit is perfect, and they hold up beautifully. On top of that, their customer service is next-level: fast responses, super helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure you’re happy. Easily one of the best purchases I’ve made.

I’ve bought two pairs of boots from Lucent Los Angeles, and their clean, modern designs continue to impress me. Both pairs are well-made, comfortable, and have held up great with regular wear— I highly recommend!

Good service

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering boots from Lucent Los Angeles. The photos on their website were misleading — the actual shape of the boots I received was noticeably different from what was shown online. I contacted them the same day the boots were delivered to request a return, and the boots were never worn, yet they refused to accept the return.

Instead, they pointed to a small, hard-to-find clause buried in their terms and conditions stating that they never allow boot returns. This policy was not included in the order confirmation email, nor was it clearly disclosed during checkout. Only after requesting a return did I learn about it.

They offered a store credit or exchange, but they don’t carry any alternative boots I want — which makes their “solution” meaningless. Overall, the experience feels like a bait-and-switch: the product I received does not match what was advertised, and their return policy is anything but transparent.

I cannot recommend this company and would caution others to look elsewhere.

Great materials I got plenty of compliments. I got the white and burgundy one.

The shoes were comfortable and extremely stylish. On my first wearing, I receive multiple compliments with everyone, asking me where I bought the boots the fit was true to size and did not require any breaking in period for comfort.

Lucent, I wish that I could give you zero stars as many as I could. I ordered a pair of boots that the color don’t look the same as on their website. On their website, it is a sand color but in reality, looks like wet sand to me. For people who are about to buy boots from this company, be prepared, once you hit the purchase button, for matter what reason, wrong size, wrong color, they ain’t give you your money back as a part of their policy. Instead, they offer store credit which I don’t know if that even equal to the amount of money that I’ve spent on their boots, or you can pick a different boots which was my case. They tell me that the boots will arrive 3-5 days, guess what, I waited for almost 2 weeks, if I didn’t email them, they would have never get nothing done. When the boots finally arrived, it is a defective pair. At this point, I did not even want to keep in touch with them no more cuz I don’t wanna get fooled again. Whatever pictures they posted on their social media, think twice people. This shady company was a robbery to me.

I love the boots but they are a little tight on my feet so I may need a bigger size I may need to replace for the next size I was sick so that why I have not reached out so if you could send a return label so I could get a bigger size that would be awesome 😎

The ordering process was simple. I received my boots very quickly and they look absolutely magnificent.

They're great, I absolutely loved them. They were exactly what I expected, and this is my second pair. The sizes are perfect.

The boots look good but the chain and straps are loose so I will have to get them sewn onto the boot to make them more fitted. The circular “metal” part of the straps is flaking off the fake brass paint after maybe wearing them 2 times. I thought the metal would be real but it is not. I should have gone with Frye or another better quality boot.
