Great product and service. I recently had a small issue with an order, I sent an email asking for help. Next day I received a friendly reply from Gemma letting me know that she had sorted it out and true to her word it was fixed. Very happy purchaser here.

The best laundry products ever
I’ve tried a lot of laundry stuff, and these detergent sheets are actually really good. There are so many different scents to choose from, and they all smell fresh without being too strong. The scent lasts long too, my clothes still smell good even after a few days. They also clean really well, everything comes out fresh and properly clean with no hassle. I’ll definitely keep using these.

Super fast customer service
I made a mistake with my order and accidentally subscribed instead of a one off purchase. I emailed them, Stella immediately got back to me and adjusted my order. So fast, so easy and super friendly. I love their laundry sheets, I even take them traveling with me!!

Best cleaning products I have used
I love this company, support was instant. The smells are amazing. I have already ordered the essentials pack and then the 4 box 4 bonus box laundry pack. Will never buy my cleaning products from anyone else.

Great product
Great product, easy use and good wash results. So happy to no longer haul clothes wash detergent home in its huge, heavy plastic container any more. And the bonus:- an excellent, personal and responsive team - both for delivery and general service.

Poor performance
I tried them immediately. I had a half load of washing do used 2 sheets. Once washing complete i was disappointed as my clothes just smelt were so I rehashed using another 2 sheets and again mu clothes just smelt wet. Given the amount I paid and all the hype and advertising for this product I think my expectations were too high.

While our laundry sheets are manufactured in China, all product design, development, and testing are carried out in Australia.
The specialised facilities required to produce laundry sheets don’t currently exist in Australia, so we partner with leading manufacturers to ensure high-quality and environmentally responsible production.

Refund process is almost 3 months due
I bought from them and I am extremely happy with the products. The problem
Is that when I bought the products, unknowingly I was buying a subscription for the amount of products I was buying.
So basically my subscription was a 3 month buying plan for washing machine products, which at every 3 months it buys the same amount… 2 years of cleaning products !!!
I think the products are amazing, the problem is the options and discounts that are given once one buys the subscription method. Doesn’t make much sense but as a human being I admit it was my mistake.
However, since I did not notice my mistake, I rejected the 2nd batch of products that were already being sent to me, and I wanted a refund for the products that I never got. It’s a 87,45€ refund that is taking now 3 months to get settled.
Customer service seems also unresponsive. If you buy from them, make sure you make it right !!!

Just to let you know, you’re always in full control of your subscription. You can edit, pause, or cancel anytime directly from your subscription account. I can now see that your subscription has been successfully cancelled.
Terrible customer service
Still waiting on an order from a month ago. Communication from customer service is poor and very slow, they finally replied to my 3rd email. Suggesting I pay another shipping fee otherwise I might receive my order over 2mth after my purchase date.
Not able to sample or comment on product yet, maybe in a couple of months.

Just skip this brand for something better. Not worth it.
Bought it at Coles a few weeks ago, though, to give it a try, as it says it's ultra-concentrated, with no harsh chemicals and so on. One of the worst products I have used. It's not washing away any greasy stains from kitchen items. It leaves marks on glasses and cutlery that you need to rinse again.

Everything you need for a spotless home!
I recently purchased the “Everything Bundle” from Lucent Globe for my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Moving into a new place comes with a long checklist, and this bundle truly had all the necessary cleaning supplies to get started right away.

I washed my sister's dairy clothes (…
I washed my sister's dairy clothes ( covered in cow shit). I did use two sheets and one softener. Clothes came out clean and fresh, no smells, which some other laundry detergents leave residue smells. My sis was very pleased with. My other sister washed her old towels and was very please when they came up, cleaner and softer than ever.

Plastic used in product - Misleading
I have just discovered that Lucent Globe products contain plastic: “Polyvinyl Alcohol” it is listed as the second ingredient which I believe means it is the second most used ingredient in the product. I am very disappointed as I feel the marketing to be misleading regarding natural ingredients and lack of plastic used in the packaging. I don’t want any plastic on my food or clothing regardless of how safe the company might claim said plastic to be. Will not be buying again😢

Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) is included in our sheets because it allows them to hold their form and fully dissolve in water during use. While PVA is technically a synthetic polymer, the grade we use meets the OECD-301B biodegradability certification, meaning it is designed to break down in wastewater treatment plants. In most urbanised areas of Australia, wastewater is treated before being released.
We understand that some customers prefer to avoid any synthetic ingredients altogether, and we respect that choice. Our intention is never to mislead — we aim to be transparent about our ingredients and the journey we’re on. Please refer to our FAQ page for a full list.
The sheets are 0 mess, small, and affordable
The sheets are small and compact but work amazingly well. I use them at my college because they take up less space and are way cheaper than liquid deturgant. They are also 100% less messy than liquid and you dont have to worry about spilling. The only thing you need to worry about with these sheets is getting them wet because then they disolve into deturgant so keep them dry before you want to use them. 10/10

Poor performance
Used dishwashing sheets with a light load of a couple of plates a a couple of coffee mugs and some cutlery with a super wash but it didn’t do a good job. All dishes were left with food stains and some sand-like residue. Definitely didn’t meet the marketed expectations.
