I saw Soraya for a number of Procrastination issues I was dealing with that were getting me down. I had one session and honestly I feel 100% free of the doubt, the negative self talk and the feeling of being held back by not addressing my issues. I can’t really believe that all it took was one session, I know people are different and may need more sessions but I am just so pleased with my outcome. I Had a session with Soraya for insomnia. I always woke up between 2 and 3am and took between 30 minutes to 2 hours to get back to sleep so I was very tired in the morning.
Soraya is such a lovely person and when you meet a therapist who puts you at ease immediately it makes it a very pleasant experience.
Soraya told me the results would improve as time went on and the next 2 nights after the therapy I woke up at the usual time about 2am but I got back to sleep very quickly, I was very pleased.
The next night I did not wake up at all at 2am, it definitely worked and helped me to feel refreshed in the morning.

The hypnotherapy session I had was truly transformative. Through her compassion, expertise, and carefully tailored approach, she enabled me to find relief from my longstanding back pain and tension in my shoulders, neck, and jaw.

I contacted Soraya a weekend prior to my work project which involved facing my fears of public speaking in-front of up to 150 people for 3 weeks. Something I had never been able to do before. At my appointment Soraya instantly made me feel at ease in her presence, she has a very warm and welcoming energy and we did a hypnotherapy session. After yo-yo dieting for many years and still struggling to maintain a healthy weight I sought the help of Soraya and her unique form of Hypnotherapy. I had previously used hypnotherapy during labour so knew that it was helpful for me. Soraya uses a method called RTT which I can only describe as hypnotherapy but on steroids! It gets to the root cause of your issue straight away and then using other tools in her tool kit Soraya shattered my limiting beliefs about my weight and my ability to loose weight. I used to hold limiting beliefs about my weight which was one of the reasons I kept putting it back on even after loosing weight. I was fed up or this cycle and as I’m approaching my 45th birthday and Perimenopause I really needed to get a grip of my health. Soraya was such a professional throughout, non-judgemental, very easy to talk to and gave me so much more useful information outside of RTT to help me kick start my health journey. Her voice is so relaxing and listening to her recording was one of the best parts of my day. It’s been about 2 months since our session and I am now hitting the gym 5 times a week and am eating food that is nutritious and that I love which means I can sustain it for the long term. I have lost 3kg and continue to loose weight every week. Many of my health issues have started to resolve and my energy levels are much better. I am so grateful for Soraya and her expert guidance in changing my habits around food and exercise it’s something that is not only having a beneficial effect on me but on my whole family as we have reduced processed food from our diet significantly. I had/have a problem with insomnia, which has been with me all my life! I booked a session with Soraya and I was interested in what we could achieve. Soraya makes you feel at home, straight away and you feel calm and ready for the session. Quite a few weeks on, there has been a difference in my sleep pattern. It's gradual but then after all this time, I was not expecting a next-day solution (although I did notice a difference the next day). My sleep pattern is beginning to take on a 'normal' route and I am falling asleep a lot quicker than I was. I've not missed a night's sleep either, which is great news for me!
