It was a straight forward payment.

If you are questioning whether the London School of Business are a reputable institute, all I will suggest is that you contact their "support" to query them about the content of a course you are interested in. It's an absolute joke, you would get more info from a rock. Their course content appears to be AI generated with multiple choice quizzes to test your knowledge for your "certificate". This place is just for making money and I don't understand how they have been qualified by any educational body. Maybe there's a good business model to copy! I'd also question the "reviews" about them on Trust Pilot. If you want true education with a reputable qualification from it then I suggest you go elsewhere.

I have never been treated the way they have treated me , they just care about making money . The most ridiculous education institution . I do not recommend this to any one .

I have had awful experience with LSIB, I paid enrolment fee but they denied receiving it after sending them the proof they required. I also gave them unique transaction number from my bank but they refused to check. They have now refused to respond to my emails.

I enrolled on a course last week and did not receive log in details. I have been on the chat line, WhatsApp, emailed and phoned the company last Friday. I have still not had a response, have now requested a refund and still no response. Really disappointed with the service, or rather no service!! Going to trading standards

I enrolled in an LSIB course and soon requested a refund due to the low quality of the content. The refund was approved, but LSIB refuses to provide any clear timeframe for when it will be processed.

I followed up twice, and both times the responses were vague (“soon” or “no need to worry”) and dismissive.

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), refunds must be issued within 14 calendar days of cancellation confirmation and without undue delay.

This lack of transparency and professionalism raises serious doubts about the integrity of the institution. I’m now filing formal complaints through the UK’s consumer protection channels.

I do not recommend this service based on my experience.

A Deeply Frustrating and Misleading Experience – Not Recommended

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision before enrolling in this school.

What was promised as a professional, expert-led learning journey turned out to be an extremely frustrating and misleading experience from start to finish.

Firstly, the course content itself was a major red flag. It became quickly apparent that the material was not developed or delivered by qualified human experts.

The writing style, structure, and overall quality is regurgitate and regenerated AI—often incoherent, repetitive, and lacking the depth and critical insight one would expect from an accredited educational provider. They admitted in writing to me their courses where generated by OpenAI. I could have simply gone on ChatGPT and asked for the course, without paying for it.

There was little to no evidence of real academic or industry expertise behind the materials, and attempts to clarify or engage with instructors were met with vague, generic responses that did not address the content or questions raised.

Secondly, and more alarmingly, this school advertises affiliations and accreditations with well-known awarding bodies to bolster its credibility. Out of concern, I contacted several of these organisations directly to verify their connection to the school. Every single one I reached out to confirmed that they have no affiliation whatsoever with the institution. This level of misrepresentation is not only unethical but borders on fraudulent, especially for prospective students relying on these claims to make decisions about their education and future.

This experience has been both disappointing and infuriating. I invested time, money, and trust into this course, only to discover that it fails to meet even basic standards of legitimacy and academic integrity.

To anyone considering enrolling: please do thorough research. Ask for proof of accreditation and human-led instruction. Do not rely solely on what’s displayed on the website or in promotional materials. There are many credible, high-quality educational providers out there—but unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Recently I enrolled for a course with LSIB - Certificate in Phd Data Visualisation Techniques. Paid £90. All it has is 10 modules of basic description of what each sections means and an AI recorded voice translation of 3 mins each. The contents you should be accessible easily by simply googling or watching YouTube. (Normally I don't spend reviewing the online contents, I am doing this only because I don't want others to lose money like I did). Hope this is helpful.

I have enrolled for two courses. And both courses are just very basic. The title of the certifications are very mouthful but the content of the training course are very basic with very easy quiz tests (and I am talking about training courses which should be with a high valuable content. Courses such as "Certificate in Intelligence and National Security " and "Military Strategic Mapping using GIS "). So, there are no in depth knowledge. Just a high level overview knowledge. The content is very repetitive on every module. Don't waste your money. I was about to enroll on a MSc as well, but just changed my mind after these two courses

My complain & escalation on abrubt tuition increase left with no response anymore. Several reminder, call to call center, couple of emails, formal compliant to CEO via admin and admission emials in vain. No access to contact to higher governance directly.
Good in soliciting, calcification before enrollment only. Compliant handling totally does not regard consumer right by demanding increase in tuition to the very end tail of study, that is exploitative while they promote programs as " no worry to deadlines" being flexible.

Enrolled and paid fees for a course. Admissions Team confirmed payment received and promised my log-in details would be sent. After 10 days I still hadn't received my log-in details despite multiple requests for assistance via email and a phone call. I have therefore requested a full refund of fees paid. Will update to say whether I receive a refund.

At present, I'm totally unsatisfied with the service and support provided by LSIB.

The professors were always available to guide and answer questions. Their expertise and promptness made the leading experience seamless.

The knowledge and skills I've gained have already started yielding returns in my career.

Everything was done within short period of time and I managed to register and made payment, All log in details given. That was great.

Having an LSIB qualification on my CV has opened doors internationally. The school's reputation for delivering quality education is well-known, and I've had several job offers since completing my program.

Be very careful currently having to under go a complaint to the awarding body and possibly police. Have been blocked on all communication and they refuse to answer emails once I raised concerns. No one knows who the head of college is and unable to get anything from the outsourced answering service.

I enrolled and paid enrollment fee £10, but because of my change circumstances I couldn't start my course and applied for fee refund, I really appreciate my money was in my account within 3 working days. Even though they said 5-7 working days, but I received very early.

I will enrol again with LSIB
