I am currently selling my property & had a few problems sending my lender a leasehold declaration, A representative in credit control finally after 3 weeks resolved the issue, Niaomi Wilson-Jennings was Very professional, supportive & V understanding, she emailed me when stated, always returned my phone calls & went above & beyond to resolve this query, A true asset to the company.

Can’t make payments after logging into the account created for me, Tried several times with different cards. Kept getting error message that says card numbers don’t match

Whilst my initial request for a report copy was dealt with promptly, when this arrived the file was empty. I re-requested and the file was complete when it was sent through a couple of days later. The reason I had to request this file in the first place was because the online portal had been changed over the previous 12 months. I was more than a bit surprised to see that this effectively meant that there was no access to any records from prior years. I have seen no benefit from new portal, only aggravation, despite grandiose claims to its benefits when it was introduced. My managing agent had access to the old portal but despite several attempts has been unable to establish access to the new one. The new portal may be of benefit to LSH but there is no evidence it has been to your customers.

Niaomi has been very helpful in dealing with my query. Very efficient and replied to my emails almost immediately. 5* service from Niaomi!

We absolutely love living here, our onsite staff, Connie Brister at the Willows is so, so fantastic, she goes above and beyond for me, my partner, my neighbours, even our little pup who loves to see her in the morning. Katie was great help in explaining the breakdown and not just around the specific finances in question. But also went out of her way to explain how other costs on the estate work which gave me a better understanding. Was not in a rush to get off the phone but I just found her to be very helpful. Once funds had cleared she reached out to me a week later to confirm the balance is clear now, thank you Katie for following up.

Excellent customer service

We are very happy with the service and communication we received from the managing company. After moving into the property, we had some questions regarding an unexpected increase in the service charge. Sarah was extremely helpful and took the time to provide us with detailed information and answer all our questions.

As we needed some extra time to arrange the payment, Sarah directed us to Katie, who was also very helpful and managed to arrange a payment date that worked perfectly for us.

We really appreciate how understanding, helpful and professional both Sarah and Katie were. The communication and solutions provided made the whole process much easier for us. Thank you!
