Really responsive firm, had an issue with a broken item (not their fault, item came straight from manufacturer) but LSD followed it up and kept me informed. Really good customer service.

The price was good and my order only had 1 or 2 damaged slabs out of 350 purchased. I would have given 5 stars if I had been contacted about the exact arrival date. Overall I would definitely recommend them though.

Excellent service and material
I placed my order for 24sm sandstone slabs late Sunday and they arrived on the Tuesday, there were no breakages at all and the man who delivered them was very polite, left the slabs where I'd asked him to and there was no fuss what so ever with placing the order and it being delivered, I have already recommended this company to others for both cost and service, the online team were also very helpful, I cant recommend this company highly enough, absolutely brilliant.

Easy to navigate website and great…
Easy to navigate website and great prices so I ordered two pallets of slabs over a weekend. On the following Monday I received an email to say that they had been dispatched. Couldn’t be any quicker than that.
Due to a self inflicted error delivery was delayed slightly but thanks to Stephen on customer service it was quickly sorted.
Delivery driver was absolutely brilliant.
Managed to get the pallets where I needed them despite the pouring rain.
Only thing slightly confusing to me was that I paid some delivery charge despite the price stating “delivery included”. That apparently is not the same as free delivery??
Would certainly recommend and will use again.

Superb fast and helpful service for the ordering. They traced my original order details from a few years ago and matched the new items perfectly. Items were delivered within 48hrs as I’d ordered after 2pm. All in good order. Would def use again and recommend.

Great product
Very useful advice on the phone prior to placing order. Great product but delivery service not so flexible and builders had to assist in getting product on site. This is mentioned when ordering so not a surprise but could be a bit more helpful.
