We understand that every individual is different, and we strive to provide the perfect loan that fits you! Not every loan request can be granted. If we cannot get you to “yes!” the first time, we will work with you to guide and inform you on what needs to happen so we can be there for you in the future. We’ll provide the steps necessary to make your needs and desires a reality. Loan officer’s review your credit report history, but never see your credit score. This is because LPI Loans does not approve or deny an application based on a number. However, we do report to the credit bureau to help you build and/or re-establish credit… bonus! Very knowledgeable, great response time, and worked around my schedule. Explained everything in detail and everything was completed prior to appointment. All I had to do was go over all the paperwork and sign. Great experience.
