If we cannot get you to “yes!” the first time, we will work with you to guide and inform you on what needs to happen so we can be there for you in the future. We’ll provide the steps necessary to make your needs and desires a reality. Loan officer’s review your credit report history, but never see your credit score. This is because LPI Loans does not approve or deny an application based on a number. However, we do report to the credit bureau to help you build and/or re-establish credit… bonus!
