ho un vps e un server minecraft, questi sono stati i problemi che ho riscontrato da quando ho acquistato questi servizi:
- vps down per un giorno e mezzo, non mi faceva aprire il ticket per un errore, appena sono riuscito a creare il ticket dopo un po' mi hanno risposto con stiamo investigando, nessuna successiva notifica di ripristino del servizio pero' e' stato risolto.
- addebito automatico disabilitato per il vps (attivo per il server minecraft), pagato in anticipo la mensilita' del vps mi e' stato addebitato il costo nuovamente il giorno dopo, mi hanno pero' fatto il rimborso dopo aver aperto un ticket
- Server minecraft aggiornato a versione 26.1 richiede java 25, non presente sul loro pannello e nessuna possibilita' di modificare la linea di comando di avvio server (in caso avessi voluto caricare una versione di java io), inoltre la parte peggiore e' che e' da diversi giorni che non riesco ad aprire un ticket per contattare il supporto dandomi errore "406 Not Acceptable"
Questa e' la mia esperienza e la recensione si basa su questa.

Non abbiamo riscontrato nessun downtime nell'anno corrente, se ha avuto dei downtime potrebbe essere stato a causa di software e/o kernel panic lato OS.
Riguardo all'addebito automatico, se ha un abbonamento PayPal attivo è sconsigliato effettuare un pagamento manuale siccome risulterà in un doppio addebito, aprendo un ticket possiamo effettuarle il rimborso (come da lei citato).
Per eventuali versioni di Java aggiuntive ci può aprire un ticket.
L'errore 406 è dovuto al firewall, ha probabilmente immesso link e/o lunghi log non ammessi nel testo del ticket, la preghiamo di includere qualsiasi log tramite un servizio esterno ad es. Pastebin.com.
EDIT:
Abbiamo aggiunto la versione Java 25 selezionabile tramite pannello di controllo.

scam website , order placed yesterday and "pending" vps never started , support never answer , bascially all reviews are fake , very shady provider , already will replace my card because i paid this provider with it .

My experience on Lowhosting is the best I had, from the support, to the servers. The support is very fast, and very polite. Even if you have a dumb question, that is not a problem of the hosting, the support can help you! For the performance, is the best I have ever seen. And the AntiDDos, can protect even your cat. Joke aside, I think every person should buy Lowhosting.
