One hat was perfect
One hat was perfect, the other had some quality control issues. It was missing the flag that tells you where the material was from, there was Pickering of the fabric along part of the seems, and plenty of loose threads. Looked like it was the last hat made at the end of an exhausting work week.

hat wasn't even in stock and no refund given
I ordered a hat in the black friday sale as a Christmas present. I didn't receive any dispatching information so sent an email. they responded saying that my hat wasn't actually in stock and they had made a mistake and asked if I would like a refund or a new hat (which would take 2 weeks. I kindly asked for a refund due to the postal strikes in the UK I did not want to risk it getting lost and it definitely wouldn't have arrived in time. since then I have received no refund and all my emails are being ignored. I think that this is awful due to it being a fault from no one else but themselves.

I was never a big fan of wearing hats, but I love Lower Park! The fabrics are beautiful, they are always quick to ship, and their hats are really great quality. This is my 12th hat from them and I have gifted dozens more to friends and family over the years, everybody loves them!

I like the product and it seems like the shipping went well, it have'nt arrived yet. So its just up the Norwegian postservice to do its part, nothing lower park can effect.

Buy these hats!!!
It took longer to get to me than an Amazon package. But sooo worth it! The love and energy put into the hard is apparent! And it fits my big head so 10/10. The patterns and shape of the hat are also so unique!
