Ibwill be client for more as 5 years. Today Ibhas wait for the transfer for more than 1 hour.

One star is to much! After using them for a number of years I feel they have gone totally down hill. Quoted one price then charged more when I went to pay. Their money machine in the office swolled 100€ giving no change and was told to email to get my money back after emailing them numerous times with no reply. Also strange that they feel the need to unplug my dash camera??

A 1 star review is 1 star too much.
I have two seperate damages on the car during parking at Low Cost Parking Alicante.

An Example of the reaction of the manager :
Besides, we are not to blame for the other car hitting it. Since you took photos, you could also have taken a photo of the other car's number plate so that your insurance could claim it from you and the other car's insurance could pay for the repair of your car.

So, Low Cost Parking parks my car and the car behind.
They damage my car and they are not taking any responsibility.

The rest of the service is fine.
The transportation to and from teh airport is very good. Always on time and never had any issues.

Finger weg!!
Im Oktober 2024 hat ein Mitarbeiter der Firma unseren Mini durch einen Auffahrunfall schwer beschädigt. Wir haben erst im July 2025 unseren Mini instandgesetzt wiederbekommen und nur, weil wir im Mai einen Anwalt eingeschaltet haben. Jetzt versucht die Firma die Kosten für die Instandsetzung auf uns abzuwälzen. Die Erstattung der Kosten für Leihwagen und Ausfallzeiten werden verweigert.
Wir wurden mit seltsamen Ausreden hingehalten. Hinter unserem Rücken versuchte die Firna unsere Versicherung zu beanspruchen. Solange nichts passiert ist alles gut. Aber wenn!!

Ich bin langjähriger Dauerkunde. Der Umgang mit den Fahrzeugen ist seit dem Umzug auf das neue Gelände miserabel geworden. Bei den letzten Abholungen war mein Fahrzeug beschädigt, zuletzt an 3 verschiedenen Stellen. Man verlangt Fotos von mir als Beweis, dass diese Schäden bei Abgabe noch nicht vorhanden waren. Ich habe alles gesendet, aber trotzdem wird die Reparatur abgelehnt. Auch wurde mein Auto 20 Km gefahren. Wir sind einem Mitarbeiter mit einem Kundenfahrzeug (Audi Cabrio) hinterher gefahren. Mit Vollgas auf die Autobahn, 120 kmh linke Spur bis El Arenal und dann erstmal zu Lidl einkaufen... Finger weg von lowcostparking Mallorca !

Todo fue fácil y rápido, llegué dejé el coche y en seguida me atendieron super amables en la oficina, al par de minutos me llevaron al aeropuerto, y luego a la vuelta llamé, esperé nada, 5 minutos y ya me vinieron a buscar, y mi coche estaba dentro del parking, fresquito... la verdad, todo perfecto!

Desastroso!!!! Encontré mi coche empotrado en un árbol, y no se quisieron hacer cargo de los daños.

I would like to warn everyone not to use LowCostParking in Alicante. They cannot offer secure parking. When I went to pick up my car on March 5th, someone had stolen my catalytic converter. The company refuses to compensate me for the problem this has caused me. They refer to my car insurance but they do not want to cover the costs of the deductible and the extra costs I have incurred due to their lousy security! Incredibly lousy handling! Me han destrozado el coche, y cuando lo he recogido estaba lleno de barro por todas partes hasta en el interior. Golpes en ambas ruedas traseras y en el maletero. No se hacen cargo de nada.

be careful with parking at lowcostparking.es alicante, have some friends who had to pick up their car, there were some who had stolen their exhaust catalytic converter, when I picked them up, I could see there were several cars missing their exhaust catalytic converter, all of their holiday was unfortunately ruined

Top Service today, they looked @ my little van and reduced instantly the rate quoted without asking - they said, no need to pay 25% surcharge it's not big enough. I been asked to get my luggage out, while they they change the booking, transfer was waiting....Many thanks again! If i get offers to have my motor mot'd i would be surprised- it's on german plates .....

Two stars for taking care of my car and delivering it timely.
Minus three stars for relentlessly spamming my mailbox with offers I'm not caring for. For relentless reminders about my car having to go to ITV. Even after it passed the ITV. Please stop! I can do that myself and I know when.
You lost a customer because of this and because there are way cheaper offers just down the road. I only wanted parking, not your pathetic offers all the time.
