LowCostCars provided me with a Volkswagen Passat Estate (2015) that had 280,000 km on the clock and was in poor condition. The car had issues right from the start—its battery was dead at the pickup point, requiring an engineer to recharge it. The speakers were faulty, making it impossible to enjoy music, and my phone’s speaker was a better alternative.
Every time I turned on the heater, unpleasant smells from the engine and exhaust fumes from other vehicles entered the cabin. Unsurprisingly, after just five days, the DPF became blocked.
Thankfully, the team at Top Rent A Car responded quickly and replaced the car with a new model Peugeot the very next day, without any hassle on my part. Top Rent A Car prompt and professional service was greatly appreciated.

Personal very friendly, from the center you need just 30 min to walk to the Office. On the other side from the Office is the next SHELL-station to refill the car.

Poor customer service among staffs. People need to check the rental cars thoroughly before leaving their office during the day or night. If their staffs tell you that the car has been checked pls do check again to avoid extra charge for old scrapped car. Tell them to show you the taken pictures of car. If possible retake the recorded pictures from their tablet/gadget. Check the alloys rims and normal rims with covers if the covers are cables tied.

Aucun problème, pas d'arnaque, check out rapide, ils n'ont même pas essayé de me faire prendre une assurance. Je suis arrivée un peu en retard pour rendre le véhicule (20 min environ), ils ne m'ont rien dit.

2 pneux arrières sous gonflés à 1.8 au lieux de 2.2 après 400 km découvert par mauvaises sensations dans les virages + allumage du témoin. Formalités déroulées d'une façon pros et normales.

Pick up and drop off takes awhile, sometimes up to an hour. Otherwise, the cars are ok, I notice just the common for all rent-a-car companies issues.

Always correct and friendly with the customer. Very easy to use?
