Lovuso Omdömen

Easy to follow ordering process lovely products can't wait to receive my order 😀

I haven’t received my items yet but it was easy to order on the website

I like the art but I would buy so many more if they had no words on them.

They took care of my needs immediately.

Website easy to navigate and flick through efficiently with the swipe options. Great set up. Only would like an easier way to ensure the size is correct with a quick suggestion option. For example I am between a size 14/16 so it would be great if you could suggest L or XL for me. Small make or true to size info would be helpful too

Product did not match the website images

Very disappointing experience with Lovuso. I purchased 3 T-shirts based on the images on their website, but the graphic on the item I received was considerably smaller than advertised.

I contacted customer service and provided photos. Lovuso acknowledged the difference but offered only a one-third refund.

I have over 15 years of professional experience in garment product development, and this is not what I would consider a normal production variation. The difference significantly changes the appearance of the product.

I requested either a full refund or the correct product as advertised, but the issue remains unresolved.

Great product. Great customer service. Quick response time. Thank you

I love these tshirts. They are high quality and the prints are so cute. Very happy with this company!

These are truly beautiful shirts, picked beautiful, shipped beautifully 😍 no complaints. Will order again!

Navigation was nice and easy, also I found all the details I needed regarding the shop and also viewed the reviews to support my decision for buying. Can’t wait to get my delivery!

I love the prints and products. I have not received them yet so I can’t comment on quality. I would like to say that updating order information in a timely manner is good practice. I ordered almost 3 days ago and my order has yet to be accepted or in preparation. No updates whatsoever. Online shops need to be sure that this is a priority to reassure the consumer. Otherwise, I am looking forward to receiving my order.

Had an easy time navigating through the site. The quality of the shirts I purchased are great, only issue is I got a different color than what I ordered on one of them. Overall a good experience 👌🏼

It was a great experience, but I have to cancel my order. Order number LOV12796. I accidentally ordered the wrong sizes and I have a full refund and start over.

Such a huge variety! Slightly overwhelming, so much to choose from

The sorting feature does not work over mobile so I was unable to sort through products appropriately. There were also many non-tshirt products present in what was supposed to be a shirt exclusive section.

I loved the whole process from ordering to receiving the items. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful.
I loved the products, the colors, the quality the softness and sizing.
I will definitely buy surely buy again very soon .....:)

I’m not sure how I found this website but I’m so glad I did. The availability of items, the colors offered and also to have Crewneck sweatshirts is what keeps me coming back. I also love the graphics, the quotes and especially how well the items are made. They arrive very nicely folded and sooner than expected. Thank you!

I was worried when I put an order in as theres a few bad reviews however im so pleased I did. I bought 6 tshirts all of the designs are so unique and the quality is to a really high standard! The cottons soft to the touch but a good quality thickness (not too hot though), i feel like these would genuinely last a long time. The delivery was really quick - only a week.. we ended up getting 20% off with a code so look out for discounts. Id say risk it and do the order! 10/10 experience.

Had a hiccup with my order not being delivered and then never showing up. They were so quick to respond and help and I am so so happy with my t shirts !

To improve maybe try to Not steal original artwork from artist.
