I always find tickets for cheaper on love to visit and every purchase I’ve made I’ve received a £5 voucher for. I had trouble with these coming through but customer service sorted it for me really promptly.

I received my missing tickets within minutes of submitting my (very poor) review I have nor received a very apologetic phone call frim Customer Services which has gone a long way to resolve rhe mattwe
Beware I bought two tickets yesterday for the Shrewsbury Food Festival. The money was taken out of my account immediately but no e-tickets have arrived despite leaving two phone messages and filling in two forms online. Guess I've lost my money.

We booked tickets for chester zoo last minute and saved about £10 per ticket. I was a bit dubious at first but the email with the tickets came through almost straight away. Would definitely use again when booking other activities.

I rather stupidly clicked on the wrong date for the event I wanted to go to. Having paid and got the confirmation I feared the worst. I contacted Lovetovisit and the wonderful Vinny sorted it out without a hitch. I’m very grateful for his help. It’s always stressful booking things up for a group of friends. Taken my money, event cancelled, no say to contact to get a refund. No communication that event was cancelled.
Tried emailing 2 different emails, both rejected

Having to go through my bank to report fraud as these scumbags aren't open for communication and stolen my money
As you can see they eventually refunded my money - thank you to monzo bank!
Love to visit rang me to try to explain what happened... they said that they didn't knoe the event was cancelled - blatant lie as it was on their website and then the guy hung on me when I asked what he was expecting the outcome to be - wow! Bravo love to visit! Great customer service!

After reviewing our inbox and helpdesk system, we’ve been unable to locate any emails from you aside from your rescheduling request, which our team responded to at the time. It appears there may have been a technical issue that prevented your messages from reaching us. As far as we can see, this issue only affected your correspondence, and unfortunately we’re unable to resolve or respond to queries that we don’t receive.
Your review was the first point of contact we had regarding this matter, and as soon as we became aware of the situation, we reached out to you privately to investigate and assist further. We will always respond to customer issues as soon as we become aware of them.
To ensure this was resolved fairly, we have processed a full refund for your cancelled booking. If there’s anything further you’d like us to look into, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch and we’ll be happy to assist.

Extra tickets bought by mistake were refunded without question
I bought two tickets for an experience visit at Howlett’s Zoo. The website was easy to follow, but I had a glitch due to my poor internet connection and my bank details didn’t register, so I started again. While doing that the first purchase went through..so I found I’d bought two sets of tickets.
I immediately contacted the company, the Bot couldn’t help but I phoned the helpline and the response from Joe Shearman was speedy and very helpful, he kept me informed and the cost of one set of tickets was refunded without further question… The system ran smoothly as a good customer relations setup should do.
I have one small grumble which doesn’t detract from my 5* review of the company..I bought the ticket cancellation insurance because the Zoo Experience tickets are expensive, and I think it VERY pricy (almost four times the price) compared with other ticket cancellation insurances that I’ve sometimes taken in the past for theatre tickets bought from other sources.
