Love Shapewear Omdömen

Excellent service - very responsive when there was a problem with my card. It was very easy to reach someone on the phone and they even called back a couple of days later (after the weekend) to advise how to complete my order. The delivery arrived promptly once my card issue had been resolved.

I have bought a few items from Love Shapewear. I rang them for advice on my first purchase and they gave me accurate, friendly and professional advice. Since then i have spoken to them a few times, i can genuinely tell they want to help. Its soooo good to speak to someone and not be passed through to a voice recording or told to email in. Love Shapewear, please keep up the good work, you are ace, as are your products.

Super fast delivery. Was not sure about ordering a shapewear bodysuit on line and trying it on before, since it is for my wedding day. But it fits perfect and shockingly comfortable.

I cannot praise Love Shapewear highly enough. When I placed my order I mixed up the sizes and the lovely lady I spoke to was so helpful and sorted it out for me. I received my 2 items promptly, kept one which I was delighted with, and returned the other, which I posted on the Sat and by the Monday had an email to say that my refund was being processed! I would highly recommend using this company.

The team were great at advising me around shapewear options and went above and beyond to ensure I ordered correctly sizing etc.
I will not hesitate with recommending them to others, thank you again.

Great range of products, fast delivery, loved the packaging!

Amazing customer service - especially from Paul B. Had a problem with my order and it was sorted immediately. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again. Super fast delivery and response time.

Great service, quick delivery thank you!!

Straps keep coming off at the back , band around the bottom too tight Overpriced a three is being generous as I think about it

Nice fit .Keeps tummy in and buttocks looked firm . Love it !

Easy to find what I wanted, easy to order. Kept up to date when my purchase was posted. It arrived very quickly.

The staff were amazing in helping me with my order. Arrived ahead of time. Love the leggings

Order arrived as described and on time

Brilliant service. I had an issue with a defect in the product I purchased, but Paul resolved this quickly and efficiently via email. Would definitely order again!

I somehow managed to order the incorrect sizes of a product I know & when I called to ask if my sizes could be held not only was that 0 problem! When I sent confirmation of the return my replacement sizes were issued same day! Paul the advisor I dealt with was so friendly, helpful & made me feel so valued as a customer. I also needed help with the 10% discount initially & again had a prompt response with the answer I needed. I would highly recommend this online retailer to anyone seeking value for money & a great experience!

Can't fault them, good price & arrived when it should have. thank you

I’ve bought from Love Shapewear a few times now, and every time their service has been superb. Nice and quick to dispatch, and I like knowing when my new pants are on their way! I’ll definitely be buying my next pairs from here.

Excellent price for an item I had searched everywhere for. Once I ordered it arrived, quickly and well parcelled.

I ordered from Love Shapewear for the first time on Christmas Eve I had to call them as I wanted to add something to my order. This company is obviously quite small as the lady who I spoke too was extremely helpful and I just got the feeling of a very personal touch. My order arrived super fast even though we had the Xmas holidays in between. I have since ordered more from them today and definitely will check there stock first for anything I want in the future Excellent customer service Definitely got 5 stars from me. Thank you
