Terrible shipping service
Have ordered many times from LoveScotch. The last 3 orders have been significantly delayed - on average 2-3 weeks. The last was shipped 17 days after the order was placed and only after I complained. One order was confirmed, only to have it changed by them because one bottle not in stock. They are very quick to charge your card, but shipping is ridiculously late. I love their selection, but not their service. I'll never order from them again.

Finally got my bottle but will never buy again as long as you ship with gls. Gls is an absolute nightmare. They suck and fail to deliver on time or even close to on time every time. You lost this customer because of gls.

At checkout, we offer both flat-rate economy shipping and premium FedEx options. Our premium FedEx rates are discounted and generated directly by the carrier/shipping platform, we do not add any surcharge to those rates.
For flat-rate shipping, we use GLS to some states, which is generally reliable but is not as fast as FedEx. If an order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting one of the premium shipping options available at checkout for faster delivery.

Very poor service
My second time buying from LoveScotch was the worst experience I’ve ever had in years of buying wine online from various retailers. I ordered three bottle of special white Rhone for the holidays. They sent me reds instead because of a "SKU error" on their end. It took at least 15 emails to get the problems resolved. At each opportunity customer service would either not answer my question or would deflect. They refused several times to take responsibility for the wine en route back to them by the carrier of there choice. This was particularly problematic because they ask me to ship them back by UPS ground when local daily highs were below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. I held them back for better weather, but if you buy from them, check the condition carefully. Also, they ignored my suggestions on how they could at least partially make up for the significant inconvenience. LoveScotch made no offer at all to make up for their mistake. Not the kind of company I'd order from again.
