Had our bathroom recently completed by Jean (Carlisle), i must admit i was a little apprehensive as everything is organised with the company over messages rather than face-to-face, however i shouldn't of been worried as our bathroom is perfect! Jean was professional and punctual and worked extremely hard for 2 days on the trot, he literally did not stop! He is a credit to the company! Thank you Jean and LMB, 5 stars all round!

Love my bathroom have been quick, helpful and professional from the start, we are thrilled we picked this company to carry out our bathroom renovation. Any minor issue was easily resolved and the steps in picking our bathroom were easy to follow. Their staff are a credit to the company - Shaun and Reece, father and son who are 2 amazing people who were here early and stayed right until the job was completed, very thorough and knowledgeable lads who have done an amazing job with our bathroom, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We made an enquiry and got a quote one week and had the fitters with us the very next week!
The 2 guys that fitted our bathroom were outstanding- only took 2 days from start to finish and we have a bigger bathroom, as well.
I’m absolutely in love with my new bathroom and would recommend these guys to everyone!

Absolutely fabulous experience, bought a package and was fitted in one day, ripped out an old wrought iron bath and awfully tiles etc and made my bathroom amazing. Cant thank you enough. Guys worked so hard in my ancient bathroom to make it all new and sparkly

If it would let me give 0 I would! Everything initially was really good with the installation of the bathroom. The installers that came were really friendly and told us that to get the job done as quick as possible after they had been. We started to notice that there was a couple of problems the boards hadn’t been cut straight around the bath. The sealant was starting to come up around the bath, although we were drying it in and stuff after using the shower in the bath The shower door leaks constantly leaking onto the floor down the side of the bath. We sent them videos and pictures of this and they they won’t have any of it the floor starting to lift right around the whole bathroom. It hasn’t been installed flush up against the walls, which is obviously making it lifted them with the water leaking out of the shower this is causing damage to the floor. I messaged and contacted love my bathroom via Facebook and WhatsApp. The back-and-forth with a few messages to discuss the problems and they wouldn’t take any liability for what had happened. Said that it would was down to how we were using the bathroom and that the contract for any of the installation was between ourselves and the installer. I continue to challenge them throughout to then be blocked on Facebook and WhatsApp so I couldn’t raise my concerns any further. We’ve had to fork out money to get the faults fixed and replace the full floor in the bathroom, I would avoid love my bathroom at all costs, they are rude, obnoxious and take no responsibility for the products and service that they are selling .

Delighted with my bathroom. Paid small deposit in September for refit in October. Shaun arrived from Glasgow to Cumbria with samples, choose paneling & added extras, full bathroom suite, panelling & LED mirror delivered next day, day after Shaun & 2 others arrived & fit bathroom in 2 days. Did extras such as removing pull cord light to a switch outside & buried pipes to do away with boxed in. Fabulous job, thank you. Would highly recommend 5 star

The bathroom is lovely, couldn’t really fault the fitters but company could make some improvements. I don’t think I would go back if I knew. Only giving it 3 because the fitters were great, if not for them it would be a 1.

- I made it clear we had all electric in the home for the new radiator. The surveyor didn’t pass this message on to the company so we were charged an extra £100 to fit the radiator.
- An electrician didn’t turn up to connect the shower, and the company couldn’t get another for a week so we were without a shower. There was no offer of any form of compensation or anything really.
- The bathroom tap was leaking and resulted it in coming through the kitchen ceiling, leaving a big water mark on the ceiling. The fitter helped us shut the tap off, when calling them but the company wasn’t able to send anyone out sooner than a week. So we were without cold water in the bathroom sink. These things happen, but god forbid someone has an emergency the company won’t care. Still no offer of compensation. The company are quick to ask for their money and no offer to help resolve the issues with the ceiling also.
- There’s no contact number for the company so you’re relying on Facebook messenger.
- there is very limited communication from the company, and you’re basically chasing them asking what is happening, dates, what time fitters will get there, chasing up if the electrician is coming etc.

Fabulous communication throughout the job! Materials delivered promptly and the guys carrying out the work, worked non stop! LMB maintained communication with us to ensure we were happy with the progress and if we had any issues. They needn’t have. Everything was brilliant from start to finish.

Love my bathroom!! Stuart the fitter was amazing with helping me pick my final design, even after i had chosen he must of sensed i was not 100% sure as he messaged me the following day with a different suggestion! He listened to exactly what i wanted and it looks perfect! Over the moon with it

Can’t believe they done it in such a short period of time and that was them running into issues too. They resolved them quickly with no stress. Honestly cannot thank you all enough. Just had our new bathroom fitted by David and Ryan. What a great job they did in the space of only 2 days. The shower is fabulous as is the rest of the bathroom suite. Booking and arranging fitting is so simple and straight forward. Would highly recommend.

Just had our bathroom fitted by Stuart and Jerome who did an amazing job, the bathroom is beautiful, even better than I could have imagined. They arrived early before 8am and worked right through and were finished by 5.30ish, they unfortunately ran into some issues with existing pipe work (not their fault), and ended up staying late to sort it out, Stuart stayed until gone 9pm! And then Jerome came back at 7.30am the next morning and stayed until midday making sure the issues were resolved, both going above and beyond what they were expecting to do which we are so grateful for. We had another small issue the next day and when asking them if they could help they got back to us immediately and were round within the hour! Really can’t fault them at all they were amazing and we now have the most amazing bathroom everything is such good quality. Can’t fault love my bathroom at all and would absolutely recommend both the company and Stuart and Jerome. The price was also very good, we were really surprised how good the materials were for the price!

Such a simple process I was shown samples to choose from the fitter came to measure up and the bathroom was fitted 2 days later. The attention to detail is first class as is the quality of goods supplied I would definitely recommend this company

Got rid of old bathroom and in its place a gorgeous walk in shower room. Truly the best experience, our fitter Shaun was amazing, all this happened in two days. I could never have dreamt it would be this amazing and gorgeous
