I bought from them back in 2024. Can't remember much about shipping but I did get all my order I would think in a timely manner :) and got t-shirts for my husband and myself. We truly love them, the only down side was the fabric started getting holes where the threading was done under a year of wearing it. But we're ready to purchase again cause we really liked their design :)

Meine Rückzahlung wurde seit Wochen nicht getätigt, meine Emails werden nun vom Shop ignoriert. Auf keinen Fall diesen Shop unterstützen!

I have just ordered and I haven’t received an order number or anything tracking details . I live in NZ and I still haven’t received any information . Can someone help me?

I am beyond upset. This company charged me and never sent me the two hoodies and tshirt I ordered. I contacted them and they said they’d give me a refund and never did. So sad to see a company selling Christian apparel as a way to completely scam people.

If I could give A zero I would. I think they use God to come across as a good trusted site. I placed an order over a month ago for one T-shirt. They said the order has been fulfilled yet I still do not have the shirt I ordered.

i placed an order over two weeks ago . i don’t have an order number or any way to track the package an no one has responded to emails. It was supposed to to be a Christmas gift.

Je vais devoir prendre d'autres cadeaux en urgence ! Site à éviter !!! On veut aider des sites chrétiens mais il s'avère être une arnaque ! je souhaite être remboursé !

I placed an order a week ago, and still haven’t received my order, I emailed and they said it’s been shipped but the tracking doesn’t show that at all. Not happy.

Ordered around the 18th of October and still have yet to receive package. Not even a reply to an email I sent regarding my package.

seems like a scam. I placed my order two weeks ago and it has not shipped yet or had any updates about anything. I have emailed their support email 4 times with no answer. At this point I just want a refund but cannot get ahold of anyone.

I cannot recommend this shop. I placed an order, but the sizes were completely wrong — M too small for my husband, S too big for me. I tried contacting them multiple times before and after shipment, but I received no reply at all.

On top of that, the promotion/discount I qualified for was not applied, which feels misleading.

This experience has been very disappointing. Their lack of communication and failure to honor discounts makes it impossible to trust this shop. Do not buy from them.

Ordered a package legit in April 8th 2024, send a following email to check on its whereabouts and never heard back. SCAM website unfortunately since the shirts were cute.

Hier würde ich nie mehr kaufen! Die Hoodies waren mindestens 3 Nummern zu gross und Retouren wohl nicht möglich und gewünscht. Infos dazu fast keine. Muss selbst bezahlt werden und nach USA geschickt werden!!! Und dann ist noch unklar ob eine Erstattung erfolgt. Die muss wohl auch schriftlich beantragt werden und bin mir nicht sicher ob sie eine Retoure aufgrund nicht passender Grösse akzeptieren. Auf der Homepage steht - das wäre der Fehler des KUNDEN?! Also ich empfehle hier nicht zu bestellen. Der totale Reinfall für mich. Hab leider viel bestellt.....:(

The company could improve by not stealing clothing designs from other Christian companies and passing it off as their own. Very hypocritical of them to be promoting faith and convictions unless their faith and convictions include theft and deceiving.

This company is everything that is wrong with business evangelism and trying to promote and uphold Christian values and morals on the outside to cover their illegalities on the inside. Evangelical fast fashion, if you will.

Support small business. Don't support these charlatans.

This is my favorite Christian brand! I purchased clothing over a year ago and it is still in perfect condition!! I probably wear a Lovellx shirt five out of seven days a week. It’s SO comfortable (& I am very picky when it comes to comfort.) The customer service is top tier as well!!! 10/10 recommend!!!!!

I ordered a unisex L sized hoody which fit more like a women’s small. Searched for options to return the item and request a refund. No information found online. Emailed and was told they would not provide a refund. Very unprofessional.

Love the options, teeshirt material is thick quality. Don’t like that the shirts are so narrow fitted, and very long (I get them taken up) A boxy fit would be better.

Also the last two shirts I received are inconsistent. One is much narrower and smaller than the other, and one has the smallest neck hole.
