No delivery, no response to emails to their help inbox, attempting to keep 90% of my payment
I ordered the book embosser at the beginning of the month, thinking they might abide by their claim of shipping within 1-3 days. After over a week I contacted them via the email they provided in the order confirmation (loveforart.help) and requested that the order be cancelled. I sent several additional emails upon not hearing anything back, and finally poured through their website to find their support request page, which I used to once again request a refund.
I first received a reply (using a misspelled name) saying my order would ship out within 1-2 weeks (over a month after the order was placed). When I reiterated that I had requested to cancel my order, they sent an apologetic response saying they would be willing to refund me $5 (out of the purchase price of $52 with shipping). I ordered a different custom embosser from amazon which I received in 8 days as expected. Avoid this seller

This is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. They put ads on tik tok and instagram. Use Etsy instead.

Ordered a book stamp off an instagram ad. My visa was charged. It’s been two weeks and have received no confirmation. They don’t answer emails or messages. Total scam.
