Lovely glasses case. Takes up a lot less space than 2 separate cases. Leather is soft but still provides adequate protection (obviously not as good as a solid case). I love the vibrant pink colour.

I ordered a bag online but next day received an email to say it was out of stock. Emma was very quick to offer alternatives and I received a bag in a different colour in a matter of days. Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend this website.

Congratulations.....
I won a beautiful handbag in a recent Facebook competition. I hadn't seen the results in my feed so Emma messaged me directly. I was thrilled to have won a stunning leather crossbody bag. No sooner as I had sent my details over the label had been printed and the item packaged, amazing service, she even sent me a photo of the label so I could track it with Royal Mail. The bag arrived, very well packaged with attention to detail, individually wrapped in tissue paper with a hand written note of congratulations. The tissue paper inside the bag matched the hue of the bag too. And of course, the bag is very well made and I can't wait to start showing it off. Thankyou so much

I ordered a few items, but one was out of stock. Emma offered me an alternative but sent the rest of the order immediately.
When I had selected my alternative, they sent that separately without charging me extra for postage.
When I got my first order, Emma sent me a keyring (free gift) even though I had received a discount the whole order.
