Lovedbypot Omdömen

An absolutely fabulous plaque of the highest quality. I will have no reservations in recommending Polly to friends, family and further afield.

Fantastic communication throughout, making the transaction so easy.

Thank you and well done Polly!

Delivered faster than expected, which was a lovely surprise. A lovely wee gift for my neice.

I received my beautiful handmade order and the maker had even been able to accommodate my personalisation requests, which they let me know about in a lovely handwritten note. The gift was loved by the recipient and I am very happy with the quality and finish of the item. Excited to see eco-friendly packaging too!

Loved this product when I saw it online and was just what I was looking for as a special gift - wording was perfect and you were able to personalise with name. The lady who I gave it too loved it. It came so well packed and presented - such a personal touch with a little personal note inside. Would definitely recommend Lovedbypot 🥰

Amazing service. Communication was great and send order sent super quickly which was really well received by the bride. Can't thank you enough, will definitely be coming back! Thank you

I made a previous purchase before and loved it so I had to make another. However I made a mistake upon purchasing and didn’t realise until the plaque arrived, but after speaking to the shop owner and explaining the mishap, she was quick to assist by resending a new plaque which was amazing and so appreciated. I completely recommend purchasing from this shop as the plaques are high quality and so beautiful, and there’s the added bonus of an amazing shop owner.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. I ordered 2 plaques that I required a quick delivery on, they turned it around without hesitation, packaging etc fantastic and the hand written note made it so personal. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing service from the beginning!! I emailed to ask if it was possible to get pieces customised and they couldn’t have been more helpful! So friendly and the items are absolutely gorgeous!! I can’t be happier with them!!💗💗
