BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. I warm against this company. I was scammed. I order leather shoes for around 70 dolars and recieived completely different ones, worth maybe 10 , made of something synthetic materiał. Not to mention that had to ask for shipping because after collecting the money, there was no informatoin. This company is thief. One star is to already to much. Protect your money from this CHINESE SCAMMER.

Do not order from this site. I ordered 6 pieces, not 1 even comes close to the picture. The materials and make are cheap. Returning merchandise is not easy. I have yet to see if I will get a full refund.

Horrible experience! Definitely did not get what I ordered. The item I purchased was supposed to be a linen cotton blend material, what I received was some kind of plastic fabric (parachute or windbreaker material.) Like a Halloween costume fabric. Also it didn’t look like the photo that was advertised. The refund promised horrible, they just keep emailing me, wanting photos and giving half instructions. My most recent email stated I needed to contact them for a return address (instead of just giving me it) they have to receive it in 30 days, but I’m not allowed to send it express, and must be don’t through the US postal service, I have to pay for the shipping (which is almost just as expensive as the item I bought). They also want me to get a piece of paper and write what was wrong with it (like I’m doing a homework assignment.) They offered me a 15% refund, if I don’t send it back. I will NEVER by anything from them again. This has been a negative experience from the beginning. This site is a total scam. BEWARE!!! The negative experience is still ongoing.

The items I ordered were not the material stated on their website. The items I thought I ordered were supposed to be cotton and linen, all were polyester. Do not recommend this online store, do not waste your money!

Everything in these reviews is true-absolutely a scam, dresses look like a cheap party favor and arrived so late I couldnt have used them even if they had been a match. Cancelled thru credit card and still waiting to see if that works--DONT USE THIS site!!

They lied about everything. The dress was fake, they printed some polyester with a photo of the dress they advertised! The return was NOT hassle free. They do have a California based operation but won't allow you to return the dress there, they require you return it to China. And then after you pay the shipping cost they deduct their original "free shipping" from your refund. Do not get scammed by these ppl like the rest of us!!

It's a shame there is not availability for a NO STAR review. The clothing you see pictured on their website IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. The two “cotton linen“ dresses I ordered looked lovely, the two polyester smoks I received my husband doesn't even want for rags in his shed, the quality and design and make of these dresses.... I've never even seen such awfully poorly made products. You will NOT GET any satisfaction from their “customer service“, place a detailed claim through your Pay pal account and hope for the best. I truly wish I had read these reviews BEFORE my purchase! Total fraudulent advertising. DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS. WHAT YOU SEE ADVERTISED IS NOT WHAT YOU RECEIVE. I pray they go broke BEFORE they scam any more people.

The earrings were very cheap looking. I wouldn’t even give these to the goodwill. I won’t ever buy anything from again!

I ordered the Bohemian dress, but they delivered the totally different one: poor quality, different design, bad and poor looking. They wrote me:
“Hi dear customer ,
We feel so sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).
As compensation,how about we give you 15% refund of this item(s) and you keep it?
What do you think of it?
If this fine for you,we will return to your original payment method.”
When I said that I need the dress, not refund, they said that material was run out.
I can see that they don’t have all items which are listed in their website.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE FAKE OR CHEATER!

Poor quality, misleading products, and no customer support

I placed an order worth over $300 on lovebeihai.com, and I’m extremely disappointed.
The products I received do not match what was shown on the website:
• Wrong colors and styles
• Sizes are completely inconsistent (labeled XL but either too small or too large)
• Most items are made of cheap polyester, although advertised as linen or natural fabrics
• Some products have no labels at all, which is very suspicious

I contacted customer support multiple times and only received generic replies offering 15–40% refund. I provided detailed photos and explanations, but they eventually stopped replying entirely.

This is not a matter of taste — it’s false advertising and possibly fraud.

I do not recommend this store. I have submitted an official complaint to the European Consumer Centre and will continue to report this behavior until action is taken.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I never even received my order and when I emailed them for support they just keep saying to return the item if I am not satisfied. This is the worst customer service I have ever received I feel completely ripped off I paid $60 for something I didn’t even get.

Ordered two boho dresses. Not even close to what was pictured. Pictures showed reffled underskirts, flower embroidery. The fabric was thin, polyester with a poorly excuted print on fabric. No embroidery, just a picture of embroidery. Underskirt was just a 6 inch, white band sewn to the bottom of dress. Would never wear these; they're embarrassing.Don't be taken in like I was.

The kimono sent was not as advertised. It said it was a cotton line blend but was polyester, synthetic and smelled like chemicals. It was false advertising and fraud and the purchaser must pay for return shipping.

Fraud company, copying others works, not the same material as shown, all these ops out of China are frauds, never take responsibility for their deception!

Lesson learned!

Orange and white kaftan, in silky material, sent a rough poly, not even sure, sizing was off too, way too big.

The items we received look nothing like the items that were ordered. Total crap!

Bought two dresses..love them and had complements on both when I wore them.

Sending a cheap not even similar piece of clothing. Just a scam. Don’t buy

This site is a scam. You do not get what you order. The dress I recieved is incredibly cheaply made and looks nothing like the dress advertised. Definitely a scam. Save your money!
