Sorry to hear you were unhappy. I have just looked at your order and it was a pre order item which had to be made for you then shipped over by my beading team in the Baltics. We only use genuine Baltic amber and genuine beaders. The estimated posting date was on the order before you placed it. Our deliveries are at the end and mid to end of month. You placed the order on the 1st July and it was shipped to you on the 21st which is within the timeframe specified. Not all our items take this long to ship, only pre orders and custom orders and the delivery times are clearly specified on the items.

Lovely anklet and very well made. I contacted the seller about a size concern and received a response within the hour! Lots of help and advice from the owner, the website is also very informative, and we managed to sort the sizing issue without having to exchange and incur postage charges. Great customer service!
