Shocking !! I ordered a denim top and it was a complete different product, they have sliced a refund so i’ve have to threaten a charge back and small claims court, and it also took three weeks to get to me

Ordered the beige kimi mesh ruffle too and got scammed completely. Received a disgustingly coloured yellow top made out of what felt like nylon fabric. And it took almost a month to arrive when it should have taken a week and when I contacted them they just said it was waiting to be picked up. When I received it, like any normal person I opened it to check it was the right product which it wasn’t and contacted them about it, they said since it had been opened they couldn’t accept returns which is utterly ridiculous???? They then refused to refund me my money so I disputed it with my bank and got my money back. NEVER BUY FROM HERE ITS A COMPLETE SCAM

I was scammed as well
I received a totally different product
different color, material, shape
absolutely disappointed
I also had to email them to get any info on the order, after I paid and placed the order, i didnt get anything on email or so.
and when i emailed them to file a complaint and a refunt request they told me they could give me a 5% refund on the spot or i have to ship it over to them (transport which im sure ill be paying) and only after they examine it will i get my money back

Ordered 3 hoodies direct from the website on 23rd, February 2025. After emailing on 3 separate occasions over the last few months to get information on where my order is, they respond that they’re busy with parcels, which is understandable as you can be overwhelmed with orders. However, I only received my order today, 5 months later! Disappointed is not even the word. The hoodies look cheap and literally glow on the dark. Don’t waste your money on these!!!! Awful customer service, awful delivery and awful product.

Ordered this like earlier this month, saw an ad on tik tok turns out the promo was a video from another business that sells clothes direct from China too.

Now yes, silly me for trusting a company that does not allow you to read nor review their products via their website.

Received the product today and it is cheap feeling and it’s the wrong colour.

Don’t bother ordering I should have trusted my gut.

This is a scam! Worst shopping experience ever! Received wrong items in a damaged package. The company agreed the return, however, provided the return address in China and not in full, cost around £30 to post. Trying to get the correct address with no luck, while the items are in China ‘awaiting clearance’ since April. Receiving Chat GPT created nonsense reply emails from them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

My daughter got scammed by these. Item didn’t even arrive. Tried contacting customer service - waste of time - responses are automated. Waste of money and time. Steer clear.

Bad quality, there is no return rights but they write there is 30 days return, the sices are toooo big, i order xs and this is actuly a medium and I get the item not in the original pakage, it was destroyed. I have wated over three weeks for the order and on the label they write "no return"? I will never order something from louvelli and i dont recomanded enybody to buy there. They are unsiriosly. Very bad experience.

I ordered a burgundy scuffers hoodie from here and i got one that was pink and shit material.

Just like the rest of you, I was also scammed by this company, they sent me the wrong thing for a sizeable amount of money and refused to give me a refund. But I got my money back simply through a credit card charge back, one phone call to my bank and everything was fine. I strongly suggest everyone to do the same.

Terrible quality, doesn’t look like images. Stated next day delivery for £6.95 at checkout, after placing the order, it said 4-10 days but order took 28 days to arrive and they won’t accept returns as the package has been opened. Do not order from this company! They also claim to have a rating of 4.7/5 from 250+ reviews when they’re actually rated 1.3! AVOID!!!

My young daughter's most expensive mistake yet. Another shocking scammer business. Product is expensive and cheaply made, not at all what was ordered. Have been in battle trying to get a refund but have been offered a pathetic maximum of 20% once the item is returned to their China warehouse, at our own cost. I have no idea whether I will receive any kind of refund so have binned the product. This is a very expensive lesson for teenagers who don't have much money and have very little discernment when it comes to TikTok . AVOID

This is scam, it took 3 weeks and it's low quality, it isn't the same as the one shown on the site . Please don't be like me and read people's review before buying anything on internet.

False advertisement - brought a dress they advertised, turns out that the actual dress is from motel rocks. A scrap of material turned up poorest quality ever. I have sent emails for a refund but no luck.

Avoid this shop at all costs.
You don’t receive the items you think you’re buying from the images and then they refuse to offer a refund.
If they do decide to offer a refund you have to post the goods back to China at your expense - and then they change their minds about the refund when you challenge this and you’re left with stuff you don’t want and no refund.
So, just avoid. It’s another cheap shop who just wants your money at all costs.

Absolutely shocking experience, avoid this business at all costs. Was silly of me to buy their products off TikTok shop anyway but wow the hoodies are NOTHING like the website images. When you try to return the items they send you a prewritten repeat email saying basically because I got the hoodie out of the bag, I can't return it. Its against their policy. Unreal. I can't believe I've been scammed for that amount of money for shit quality hoodies.

Shit quality and the website wont let me back on it to return. Total scam - dont make this mistake!

This company is awful. The clothes are terrible quality. Do NOT buy from here they also will not do returns
