Misleading Webiste Images
The item advertised was an image from a repuatable brand (only realised afterwards). The item received looked nothing like the item on the website. The buttonhole of the jeans was even sown up. After contacting them I was told this was standard maufacturing practice. They have refused to give me a refund despite advertisng 30 day money back guarantee. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Have been emailing the company to try and cancel my order yet no reply despite the fact my order hasn’t been shipped.

Terrible terrible quality. Photos on the webpage are not their own. They don’t refund - items arrived late, ripped and with make-up stains but weren’t actually wearable in the first place unless you like your clothes sewn up like spaghetti junction with contrast stitching. A beginner’s sewing class would give them a run for their money. AI responses to emails and exorbitant costs to ship returns to China as there is no UK option. Don’t fall for it!

SCAM!!! Clothes look nothing like pictures. They refuse to refund if opened?? Then when they agree you have to pay the shipping back to China

I had saw this brand in a TikTok ad which I have seen with many other reviews, it’s a shame as people aren’t being made aware that this is a scam.
First off it took a long time to get here, the quality is absolutely shocking. I had paid £30 for a hoodie that is pure plastic and the printing is awful. The customer service team are useless you can’t return unless the item hasn’t been opened and even then you have to pay for it and isn’t worth returning. They offered me 30 percent of my money back without returning, I would have probably got less if I had actually returned it. I luckily got fully refunded from my bank, but I am
annoyed that they get to keep that money! Do not buy from here

Awful website do not order from here. Only found these bad reviews after i ordered from the website so decided before it had been sent to me that i was going to return it. Finally receive the order and try to return it which was going to cost me over £40!!!! Plus there would have been additional fees due to flights and transit and also the parcel wasn’t tracked so there was no way of knowing if it got sent back or not. Even if it did, the website could have said they hadnt received it and refused me a refund anyways. Both of the jeans i ordered from the website were such an awful material. They looked cheap and the complete opposite of the picture posted online. It is a scam and I don’t know why they haven’t done anything about it especially looking at all these bad reviews. I spent £90 on this website which i’m getting nothing in return. Frustrated is an understatement

If I could put 0 stars I would. An absolute scam do not use this company whatsoever. Spent £29 on “jeans” but some cheap polyester trousers arrived instead. Requested a refund & they said I could PAY to send them back & then receive a 20% refund????

Absolute scammers. DO NOT BUY. Quality is like plastic and they do not do returns unless you pay £30 to ship back to China.

Paid for goods , nothing arrived , LOUVELLI refused to refund. Scam company.

Dreadful company. We paid £29 for a pair of jeans for my daughter. When the package arrived it didn't look right but my daughter opened the flimsy plastic bag to have a look (without removing tags or trying them on). They were totally wrong. Instead of a pair of pinstripes jeans we were sent some poor quality pinstripe trousers. At first the company argued that they couldn't give a refund because we had 'opened the packaging'. After a bit of argument, they said I could post it back, but the postage would probably cost more than £29. Eventually after a lot of wrangling, they said that they have a policy of refunding maximum 30% and agreed to that. It then took 6 weeks and a bit of pestering even to get that refund. Eventually we had £8.70 refunded. So they send the wrong item and refuse to give full refund - TOTAL FRAUDSTERS

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They are a massive scam!! The quality is horrendous and not worth the money at all. They don't accept returns unless you pay a lot to return to China and they only offered a 15% refund of the hoodie which would've only been £3. Regret falling for this ad on Tiktok...

Horrible communication, couldn’t cancel my order and didn’t deliver

Poor quality product with defects and refused a full refund unless I cover the overseas costs to return it, which they admitted could cost a lot of money. Avoid this company.

Shockingly bad. No confirmation email sent. Item still appeared in cart. Went through payment process again. Still not confirmation of purchase. Item still in cart. 3 days later, item still in cart, two payments taken from credit card. When questioned the lack of confirmation and double withdrawal from credit card, louvelli said I could return the items at my own cost. I reiterate the problem, they apologized that the items didn't fit... Visa got involved and louvelli started quoting their returns policy. No acknowledgement that the confirmation had never come and the products never arrived. The company are a joke

AWFUL! I had seen this brand on social media raving about the Gwen Luxe Trench Coat - I had bought one. It is absolutely pathetic and not what I had ordered. It was a fake, labels cut off, bad fabric, horrendous quality. Words cannot describe how furious I am with this product and with this pathetic excuse of of a company. I had also bought the Emma Pinstripe jeans of which I am still waiting for - I bet they will be just as horrendous as the jacket. I expect a full refund.

Item came damaged,tried to speak to a customer service member and kept getting an automatic response which didn’t even answer my question, cheap and awful

Complete scam. Takes ages to come and when it does come the product is completely different to what is shown on the website. The ‘jeans’ I bought are practically made of paper, with flimsy buttons and a waist that is about 10 inches too high.

ABSOLUTE SCAMM!!! wish i read these reviews first!!!!
