One star is too much. Hoodie looked nothing like the picture and the quality was so poor also comes up really small. The sizing is not correct. They don't take complaints seriously. Discussing with 'Charm', who said it fits the criteria but it looks nothing like the picture online. Isnt even the same colour. Wanted a refund but had to ship back to China at my own expense. I refused and they offered the maximum of 25% refund. Which they never put through and are now ignoring my emails. Do not buy from this company, its a massive scam! This has been going on for 2 months.

Awful. Bought a hoodie which was quite clearly counterfeit item. LOUVELLI told me I should not have opened the plastic so refused refund. What reputable seller does not allow you to open the plastic packaging? How does one check the item for quality? I raised a dispute with my bank and they agreed and obtained my money back. Louvelli is a scam. Please do not use.

Like other reviews I feel Louvelli is worth 0 stars. I placed an order for 2 hoodies as part of my daughter's Christmas present on 06/12/25. It's now 04/02/26...8 weeks on...no sign of it! I have chased Louvelli who tell me they can only consider a refund when they receive it back as undelivered. I've also chased the courier company it's supposedly with several times but getting no reply. I very much doubt my parcel is even out there. All tracking through both Louvelli and InPost stopped 3 weeks ago. I've clearly been scammed and yes, i should have done my homework on them before paying money, but if placing this review means ive stopped someone else making the same mistake then im happy...please do not order from Louvelli...classic case of if it looks too good to be true it probably is!!this company needs to be stopped!

VERY disappointed I thought I’d get a nice new hoodie with my Xmas money then saw the reviews this brand isn’t what it claims to be please read reviews before purchasing I’ve asked for a return but I’d have to pay to send it back to china which probably costs more than the jumper itself and I’m probably not going to get any of my money back which is unfortunate I hope this stop other people from being scammed like I have been

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Items not as advertised. Cheap tacky fakes. Nothing like the item pictured. No refund without the cost of shipping to China (£19!) Then saying items have not been received. SCAMMERS

This company don't even deserve the 1 star rating. They are a complete scam. They steal videos and photos from the authentic branded websites and sell very poor quality counterfeit products. Material quality is very poor as is the overall product. I ordered what was supposed to be a Scuffers hoodie but its fake. When you address this with them they do not offer refunds but a "goodwill" gesture of 15% partial refund or you return to China at your own costs and they then decide if they'll refund!! They are a counterfeit joke. It's also interesting that their website states Trustpiliot rating 4.7 when infact on Trustpiliot it's far from that!

God I wish I looked at these reviews before ordering anything!! Absolutely rubbish quality clothing and when asking for a refund and return, same as everyone else, they said the shipping is too expensive and offered a “maximum” 25% refund. Whoever was communicating with me was passive aggressive and kept trying to point out the terms and conditions (WHICH I READ) and did not state anything to the contrary of if you’re not happy you can return it.
Honestly awful customer service unless it perfectly aligns with their policy.

My daughter sent me a link to a hoodie she wanted for Christmas. When it arrived, I could tell it was fake straight away just from the packaging. The item itself is an absolute joke and nothing like a genuine Scuffers hoodie. Yet they are using Scuffers images on their website. As everyone has said, they refuse the return, said it was due to camera angles and lighting and offered me 30% off or I could return to China at my own cost. My credit card have processed a charge back but reading other reviews, Louvelli challenge these - I don’t know how they’ve got the front. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

SCAM. DO NOT order from this website. They sell counterfeit products from China. You cannot return either. They give you the option to return to China (which costs an extortionate amount of money, plus if they receive the parcel past the return date, they don’t refund), or a partial 15% refund. They also advertise fake ads, stealing videos online showing the real items they claim they’re selling. If you made the mistake like I did and ordered from them without researching, contact your bank and try and get the money back from them. Do not attempt to return to China or accept their partial refund.

Complete scam, do not buy anything from them. Ordered a sweatshirt. Looked nothing like the picture on the website. Tried to rerun and was told can either send back to China and pay the shipping and custom costs and wait for the item to be reviewed or receive 15% value of the item as reimbursement. DO NOT BUY!

Why is this company still allowed to trade l order some jeans bad quality and sizes are all wrong and you can't send them back because it cost you which isn't cheap they need to stop trading

Complete counterfeit. Ordered the blue Scuffers hoodie, the material was cheap, thin, almost shiny.. with the yellow text very bright in comparison to the true brand. If I knew this was what Louvelli were selling I would not having wasted time and money…!! When I have requested a refund they said the refund costs to ship to CHINA would be on me to pay, so they would give me 15% refund… pathetic.

Scam. Not real photos, you have to ship it yourself back to China or have 15% refund.

They are based in China so to get a refund you have to send it back and pay the costs, so it's basically not worth sending back. They offered me 15% refund that's £3. Don't bother ordering it's rubbish.

The sizing is awful. I ordered the Emma pinstripe jeans which took ages to arrive and the size guide states the L is a 14-16 I normally wear 12-14 and wanted them a bit oversized
When I tried them on they were unbelievably tight and I didn’t even bother trying to do them up

Like may other reviews. Counterfeit cheap goods from china. If you need send anything back you’ll be paying the costs back to China, including any import taxes etc. they shouldn’t be allowed to sell in the UK. Have reported them to the CMA and trading standards.

I never received confirmation for an order before Christmas and so presumed it hadn’t gone through and placed it again. 5 minutes after placing the order I emailed and messaged on the chat to cancel the second order. After a good few hours I got a response to say that as the order had been processed it couldn’t be cancelled and I would have to return the item at my own expense. The second item arrived after Christmas and I had to explain the whole situation again to be advised on refund, to be offered a 15 % refund only and an invitation to keep the item to gift or resell.

Can’t give minus rating unfortunately. Absolutely awful. Items arrived eventually, ordered a small as my daughter is a size 8 but these hoodies would fit a three year old. Quality is extremely poor, definitely not the product shown when I ordered. Contacted them about returning and after back and fourth with several emails I was offered a 25% refund if I didn’t return the product because it’s a expensive process for me covering customs and shipping etc, I gave up and just agreed. I was refunded £6.90 off an order that cost me £52… well. Lesson learned! AVOID this company..
