I LOVE THIS BAG!!!! I did order this particular one in a speedy but never for confirmation. Samantha responded quick but I still never got an invoice and eventually the order just disappeared. So I tried again in a neverfull and it went though smoothly. Ordered 8/28 arrived 9/24. The bag overall is super cute and has NO smell. It was wrapped very well and everything looks to be in order. No hanging threads no scuffs no scratches. My one and only complaint is the strap it came with. One of the clips that hook to the purse is jammed. There’s A spring inside that looks like it is bigger then the other so I cannot attach it. To be fair. I don’t want to use the strap on this bag. I don’t particularly like it. So it’s not a huge issue for me. I still give this a 5/5 and will be buying again. But I do want people to be aware that it did happen and please don’t let that sway you. If I can find a thin cutter I can fix it easy.

Onthego totes quality is too good, I can feel that its made of genuine leather, microfiber lining is like the real thing. Yesterday, I gave one of the totes to my sister as her birthday gift. I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag and the workmanship is absolutely beautiful. The bags are so well made and the details on the bag are gorgeous. In addition the customer service is exceptional with constant communication as to where your package is. I just received my purchase today and I'm stunned by the quality of the bag! Amazing quality! Samantha kept informing me about the situation of lock down in China and a delay in delivery, it took 3 weeks by Fedex. Will be your customer for life!

Scam site. The site says items will be shipped with tracking provided in 2-3 business days and delivered within 2 weeks. I ordered 4 weeks ago and haven't even gotten a tracking number yet. There was a holiday in China right after I purchased so shipping took a few extra days, which was completely fine. My order was marked shipped a week after I paid, but no tracking number. Ok, maybe it takes a few days to update so I waited some more. Nothing. Zero updates for almost 3 weeks now. I emailed them a few times to ask for tracking- no response. I opened a case with paypal- no response. I completely understand that international shipping takes time but if it's simply shipping/quarantine delays then why ghost me? At least TELL me there are delays, I have no problem with waiting but if you take my money then disappear, that is a scam.

If a bag shows up at my door in the next couple weeks then I will eat my words and delete this review, but I'm not holding my breath. I guess that's what I get for trying to buy a fake LV bag, but thank god I at least had enough sense to use paypal.

EDIT- a few hours after posting this review, they flagged it as fake and deleted my buyer account. I thought maybe my credentials somehow got corrupted so I tried to reset my password, but the site says there is no record of any account associated with my email. Unbelievable.

I'm guessing that was an attempt to make me look like a liar, but I have saved every email from them confirming my order, the amount I paid, and my web history shows that I visited their site dozens of times from the date of purchase up until they deleted my account. I also have screenshots of their site showing the sales email and it is the same exact address listed in my order email. I paid them money and have received nothing. I'm an honest person and all I want is the item I paid for or my money back, I have better things to do than post fake bad reviews.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how real these look and feel. I absolutely love my LV bag. Will for sure order others. Thank you!

I wish I had found this web site long before I did. Bought 2 purses and were here in 12 days. I bought several, several others and some aren't even here yet but I ordered those 7 weeks ago and still aren't here. You can choose to go elsewhere but you'll kick your self in head for doing so.
