⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m absolutely delighted with my Sonora bed from Louise Victoria! The bed is absolutely gorgeous and even better than I expected. The quality is fantastic, it looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It’s really made a difference to my bedroom and I would highly recommend Louise Victoria to anyone looking for a beautiful bed. Thank you for such a fabulous product — I’m over the moon with it! ❤️

am extremely pleased with my new quilted bed and mattress from Nova Living UK. The quality is excellent, the bed is beautifully made and the mattress is incredibly comfortable.
The service from start to finish was professional and the whole experience was smooth and straightforward. I would honestly rate the bed and mattress 10/10 and would very highly recommend Nova Living UK to anyone looking for great quality and excellent service.
I really appreciate everything and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Bad bad company smelly bed delivery took 9 months and broken bed no good my husband divorced me because of it

Bed frame arrived quickly and the customer service was excellent. The gas lift ottoman system we bought is high quality and is easy to use. The assembly service was fast and good quality.

I was stressing about having my bed being delivered before christmas as many companies were not delivering as there cut off was over. However I approached Louise Victoria and they responded immediately, the customer service was great. They helped me with all choices, enquiries I had about ordering, delivery and aftercare.

After ordering, I was informed throughout with my delivery date, live tracking of my delivery including timeslots. The delivery guys were so helpful, I paid for installation, they assembled my bed quickly. My bed looks beautiful and the customer service overall in the company was outstanding.

I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend this company to all my friends and family for sure. Bed is very luxury and team is very professional. Thanks again

I am very overwhelmed with the level of quality my beds turned out to be. At first with never hearing about Louise Victoria I was sceptical of ordering a few beds from them.

As a developer I wanted to ensure I was ordering high end luxury beds that would make my properties look exclusive. I made the best decision by choosing this company.

From the beginning, very efficient and respond right away with all enquiries and interior advice. They jumped on a call with me right away and went through the whole process of ordering, design and delivery/ installation.

I ordered the Verona Bed & The Aurela Grande Mirror panel bed. They assisted with mattress choices and went for the Hycare Comfort 1500 Mattress for both beds.

When they arrived, the delivery team was very professional arrived on time, polite, installed both beds, took away the rubbish and asked repeatedly if I was happy and had any issues. The quality is high standard and surprisingly the mattress is very good which i was again a little sceptical but best choice I have ever made. Thanks guys, especially Jay he was very helpful!

Just had my luxe panel bed delivered and really impressed with the quality. Highly recommend. Only took 7 days.

Phenomenal service and amazing quality bed! Made within our time requirements we cannot recommend these guys enough!

I recently purchased an Amore bed from this company, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was prompt, and I was kept updated throughout. Their customer service was fantastic, and the quality of the bed is spot on. I can’t fault anything—highly recommend!"

Amazing company! I was very sceptical at first when I was looking at their social media, as their beds looked incredible. Anyway I contacted Louise Victoria and they got back to me the same day. The whole process from me ordering to delivery was absolutely smooth sailing and speedy. When the bed arrived, the delivery men were very friendly & professional. They disassembled my old bed, got rid of all the rubbish and assembled my new bed for me. The bed is amazing! Really comfy, extremely well made. The communication throughout was impeccable. I cannot fault this company at all and will be ordering my children’s next beds from here! Amazing!

I ordered two beds from Louise Victoria in the last few months and am delighted with the quality of the beds and the professionalism of the assembly team.

From the ordering process to the prompt delivery, I cannot fault this company and its excellent service.

i’m very impressed with this company from ordering the bed to getting it delivered everything has been great the quality that these guys provide is unreal the service is excellent i highly recommend this company thanks louise victoria 10/10 .

This is my second purchase from this company, and I must say that delivery continues to be a significant problem. The third-party delivery service they employ is highly unreliable, providing no communication or updates about the delivery process. Customers are left to repeatedly follow up, request, and even plead to receive their orders. The experience is truly frustrating and unacceptable.

I bought ivy bed last week and I would say the quality of the bed is gorgeous and proper sturdy and comfy bed. Delivery service is absolutely 👌 I had my bed delivered within timeframe. Highly recommended. Can't wait to buy again.

Shameless and Untrustworthy

This company has zero respect for originality or ethics. They’ve blatantly stole images and used them as their own, without permission or credit. Their beds are nothing like their images!
It’s a dishonest, lazy move that says everything you need to know about how they operate.

If they’re willing to lie to make themselves look good, what else are they hiding? Trust is earned, and they’ve already lost it.

Please be warned you’re not dealing with a business that plays fair nor delivers a bed as you would see it advertised on their page.

FAKE!!

Bought the Stacy winged bed, I altered it with higher headboard and diamond studs I’m really pleased with it. The delivery was quick and customer service was brilliant.would definitely recommend.
