From ordering to delivery, everything was perfect and although I did have a problem with the product itself, the exceptional customer service sorted it straight away. I cannot recommend this company enough, it was a pleasure.
I purchased a gift from here recently.
It was very well priced and well packaged.
There were a few unfortunate issues with delivery, nothing to do with the seller but communication was prompt and they got everything resolved very quickly.
Can only say I ordered the house butter dish for my daughter, and it was a good price, I got the 10% new member offer, and it arrived extremely quickly, only a couple of days to arrive. By the way, she loves it!
Items arrived in good condition and well packaged. Initially there was confusion with the delivery fee however this has since been explained and resolved. Thank you :)
Purchased butter dish as a housewarming gift for my daughter but am fighting with myself as I don’t want to give it away! It is a lovely plain and simple design. (a house!) almost like a child’s drawing of a house. It was delivered promptly and very well packed, also a very competitive price. Thank you.
Was looking for a keyring with a yellow rose. Didn’t want anything naff, and was delighted to come across this one in leather. It really is a lovely thing. It’s a gift for a friend who is a Florist and the yellow rose has a special meaning. Came pretty quick. Very satisfied.
I love it, the perfect shop for children's gifts and a good selection for adults as well.
Fantastic independent shop, just what Chester needed!
So good to be able to choose high quality products for friends and family in a perfect setting.
Louison is the prettiest shop in town. The children section is a delight and makes you want to be a child again. This is the perfect place to find the cutest little thing for a child and a lovely thoughtful gift for a friend.
