I ordered clothes and shoes and I’m absolutely thrilled! The quality is outstanding and the service was excellent. I’m super satisfied and will definitely order again!

My husband liked the sweater and it looked very nice on him! The only thing I found a little bit odd was that I got an email with a code to get 10% discount on my first purchase while I was buying the sweater. And I only read it after buying to sweater. I sent an email to ask about it and got a reply saying I could use it on my next purchase.

All Things are very good. The Service is beautiful, the clothes I buy are very slowly here. If I have a Problem, the Lady helps me surely.

I bought a jacke and when it was too big I was offered a good deal to get the right size . So I really appreciated this. I think the web site and links from mail to website could be a bit more intuitive and easy but the customer service is really nice.

From ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly. The coat I purchased feels durable and stylish. Louis murphy is now one of my go-to online fashion stores.

The absolute biggest scam! Ordered a brown bomber jacket supposedly from Boston. Got a black pleather piece of junk from China. Cost more to send back to China than I paid! Beware of these criminals! You’ve been warned.

The so-called “premium leather” is really a naugahyde type material. To return my order I would have had to ship the jacket to China, where the factory is, at a cost of over $60. They would not let me ship it back to New Jersey, from where my order came from. Just wasn’t worth it so I gave the jacket to the Salvation Army. If their price is too good to be true then their offer is not true.

They misrepresent themselves as a going out of business quality Boston seller but they are actually operating out of a storage unit in Illinois and they substitute cheap COUNTERFEIT Chinese polyurethane jackets for the leather ones shown. When you complain they tell you you must ship to China at your expense to get a refund or they offer 20% to drop it. I entered PAYPAL complaint process and PAYPAL reversed charge as they agreed that it was fraud.

Ordered leather jacket. Was not leather. Smelled bad. Zipper on wrong side. Tried to return, but was only offered a 15% discount if I ordered another item. False warranty advertisement.

this is absolutely plastic from china and they only offer a 20 percent refund. it’s a scam.

I was scammed like many of you. I went to reportfraud.ftc.gov and reported the scam and also at the advice of the FTC reported their charge as fraudulent to my credit card company. Since they did not ship UPS as promised I do not have to return their plastic jacket.

Total scam. Do not pleather jackets or items from louis murphy leather goods website on facebook. Jacket is really worth 15 dollars, not 80. Image portrayed is not even close to what I got for a chinese crap jacket. Save your money. Alot of advertisers on FB are scams. Do your research because Facebook won't.

I ordered a leather jacket expecting actual leather what I got was a cheap fake leather jacket made in China. There is no actual Louis Murphy shop in Boston it is all a scam fake video. The web site was set up about a year ago. If you want a cheap looking fake leather jacket then that is what you will get. Buyer beware!!!

They sent me the wrong shoes!
And the only way to get the right shoes was for me to pay $50 to return them to China.
For a $65 pair of shoes it did not at all seem worth it.
Especially upon seeing the quality of the shoes, the soles were hard plastic.
Cheap crap from China.
No refunds, no paid returns.
DO NOT buy from them!

These coats / jackets are junk . Not even close to the images shown . I bought 3 different items , all the zippers are on left side , a women coat . I would not be caught dead wearing them . Save your $$$$$ , total rip off !!!!!!

I ordered a so called brown Premium Leather jacket, after seeing an ad that Louis Murphy, a Boston based company was closing its doors and offering an 80% discount. Seemed like a good deal, of course I wasn't expecting a super high quality product for the low price, but I was expecting more than a cheap plastic jacket. I reviewed the website description and in 9 places the product was referred to a Premium Leather jacket, and in one place in small letters, it said it is a PU Leather (PU leather (polyurethane leather) is a synthetic material that's designed to look and feel like real leather. It's also known as artificial leather, imitation leather, or faux leather ). plus it was black instead of brown. I also saw their return policy is that the cost of returns is my responsibility as well as any customs fee, AND they are not responsible for item lost during shipping, which leads me to believe that my return would most probably be "LOST". After I sent an email, they offered me a 15% refund and I can keep the jacket, even with the $9.74 refund, if I were ever to receive it, it is still not worth the $55.00. I have to admit, they did respond quickly to my email, but their solution was overall unacceptable. This stuff they call quality is pure poor quality Chinese manufactured junk, and the website is totally deceptive. Be warned, DO NOT ORDER anything from this company.
