False promises
Terrible, I was informed that if I bought an item and received a customs invoice that the company Louis Motorrad would pay it, I received the letter from Royal mail and sent it to the company and guess what no reply despite a number of emails.

order completely gone wrong
My order (new visor+pinlock) was accidentally sent to a German address instead of to my hone address in the UK. Replacement has been sent out but has not arrived so spent the bank holiday weekend (Pfingsten) off my bike as no visor for my helmet. Pissed off is an understatement.

On their website it’s clear that all the UK taxes are paid. This is stated on the invoice as well however I just got an invoice from the carrier that I’ll have to pay vat and custom clearance for them to deliver

First class post Brexit service.
I purchased a Bell helmet for an amazing price. Delivery was very quick and I'm really pleased with the item. The service from Louis Motorrad was fantastic and not to be hit with a post Brexit customs charge is the added bonus. I will definitely use this online retailer again and I highly recommend them.

Very competitive pricing
Very competitive pricing, even with the shipping / import duty ( which was all built into the price ) it was cheaper than elsewhere.
Shipping was quick and the product is great.
Would most definitely recommend Louis-Moro and wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing from them again
