I bought some tickets for it must be won. I always buy quite a few tickets for this as you have a greater chance if nobody wins the jackpot of getting a higher amount of money back so I normally spend quite a bit more on it but I see now I got three numbers and it was a it must be won normally if nobody wins it you get £80 or above would you believe this was £24.00 This is £6 less than it used to be if you had three numbers never mind it must be won
I’ve been looking at the Irish lottery. I suggest you guys going to have a look. I’m going to do that now and give it a go. I’ve downloaded the app so it looks like I’m switching to the Irish lottery now you’ve got a better chance of winning.
It’s a shame cause I do like the good causes in this country. I think they do help but as the lottery don’t seem to care about how much money they raise for it otherwise they would revert to the old price system. I shouldn’t see why I should.

For some reason I am not allowed to play...... it's fine, I won't.....I'm not that 1 in 4 million and the other prizes are not worth wasting money on anyway. Obviously I did call in prior and they said that I have 2 accounts which is against their policy...... again that is fine..... but how have I ended up with 2 accounts.... just because quite a few years ago Google changed their email from Googlemail.com to gmail.com again that's fine they both work fine. When I called to question why can't I access my account they said it's because I illegally have two accounts it's really not my fault if you have added both to your system, I haven't and I had the lottery app for many many years but just a moan really about their false claims that I have 2 accounts but whatever if someone emailed me using Googlemail or Gmail low and behold it comes to me but they think I'm probably up to no good and I am blocked from accessing my account luckily because the amount of money I would have lost over the past 6 months I don't play but still checking my numbers I wouldn't have won a single penny making me a winner really in the long run as all my numbers for all the games were around £53 per week so by you blocking me has actually made me win thank you

Why the hell did they put the hot picks down from £800 to £400 thats me done don't want to 2 chances to win put it back to the old why was better

What a disgrace, The Lottery didn't mention the fact that they have slashed all the prize money! I play the lotto hot picks and for 2 numbers you got £60 I checked my account to see only £30 winnings a 50% reduction, I have just checked a lotto slip and to my amazement The £30 prize for 3 numbers is now only £10 a reduction of 200% When Allwyn got the contract there was no mention they were slashing prize money! I have played the lottery since it started but that will end now! They are ripping people off! Kind regards Mark Shaw!

The national lottery doesn't fund charities fairly. There is more chance of dying before the numbers are drawn each week.

These new owners have destroyed any chance of winning, I won occasionally before these took over the lottery, since nothing. A typical con, changed to avoid paying out any winnings. Total,waste of,money now !

I won a a good prize for 5 numbers, and proceeded to claim, but I have given nothing but lies lies and more lies from their lying incompetent agents on EVERY contact with their Customer Service Centre, yet I have actually left Glowing Reviews for those LIES!!! 4 Days after claiming my prize, I am still awaiting my funds to my bank account, I wasted 4 days of life chasing a large payment that has yet to materialise in my bank account!!! THIS IS TOTALLY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Infact both ONSHORE & OFFSHORE Agents have been as bad as eachother. NO ONE can tell me where my prize money is??? The link they sent me for my bank details did NOT work, it returned an 'error' message, yet an agent ASSURED me my details had been processed...STILL waiting for my chunk of money????

What a disaster this new format is. No incentive to want you to play. I’ve won £1 and a £10. The £1 is embarrassing. How can they warrant this prize. Lower prizes when you’re in a syndicate is rubbish. Think again National Lottery. Another customer lost

I used to play the lottery regularly and understood the rules and games.
But now The new lottery has 2 draws. Whoopee! They are using the more game draws to hide the fact that they're paying less winnings than previous lottery regulations.
What they don't tell you is there giving out less prize money.
For example.
old lottery, 3 numbers won £30
New lottery for 3 numbers (each draw) £10 that works out at a third less prize money for 3 numbers.
And tickets are £2 and therefore
Any prize money should exceed the ticket price, (otherwise you are losing not winning) yet 2 numbers only "win" £1 . That's a loss of a pound. NOT A WIN!
Finally I tried to spend my one pound loss on one of the instant win game and it took the money and it, without doing anything, then said that I had not won????? Where was the game? What was the game?
Is there a game?
Or is the game simply to throw your money away because that's what it feels like. What a rip off.!

When you had three numbers you would win £30.00
NOW you get £10.00 you now loose £20
I will no longer be buying uk lottery

The national lottery has changed its system not to benefit the customers but to significantly lower the prize money absolutely appalling with no consultation with its players and as there is no real competition for them they can do what they like im absolutely disgusted with them

Doesn’t tell my what my numbers are that will be entered into the draw so how will I know if they make a mistake and don’t pay up if I win. …….hmnn. Also loggsme out me out I’m not bothering anymore Hope the company which designed this is not payed with tax payers money

Won 3 numbers on lotto hotpicks on the 23rd of may .Prize for this is 800 pound claimed my ticket only to be told my prize was only 715 pound because of the amount of winners .Now if you got more when there is only a few winners I could deem this fair but this doesn't happen the prize is documented as 800 I think this a absolute disgrace don't they make enough money without ripping people off bad news

After renewing a bank card I found I could not update payment details on my log in. I asked to close my account to renew it and was told it was not possible. Poor service and help.

Terrible app been going on for weeks , missed many draws, been trying to get on app for 45 mins, on hold on phone and no one answering. Government should cancel Allwyns licence and give back to Camelot
Look at the reviews everyone skating this company and this app. We should all boycott and spend our money elsewhere.

OMG, sorry a long vent at the utter madness with these CON people.
I played on my online account a Deal or No Deal Scratch card… I was absolutely gobsmacked when the last box was £1,000 as my rare times of playing these I usually get winnings of cost of card back, an occasional £10 or ziltch.
The prize was altered to just £6. I stared at my mobile in disbelief.
I’m not an idiot and the last box had £1000 allocated to it, so they’ve basically screwed me out of £994.
Immediately checked for how to complain, and sent an email. Got a reply back with the ‘ We are currently experiencing a higher than normal number of contacts…’ have you checked our questions page 😤
Going back to them a couple of days later, guess what the same email response…
Then today an email about using online chat and requesting a replay… so that’s what I do… getting a ‘human’ the first obstacle from their Bot manned system, then said human request name and date & time I played, I gave a rough time (minutes out) to be told to go away and come back when I know correct time… first stupid response as game was played twice, first being a Free try it game, so obviously my account only showed the one paid & played game…
I did as instructed, stating about 18:30 was not sufficient, so 18:18 was given… he then told me I’d won £6, I repeated my request for my game to be replayed as per the email had instructed.
Human ghosted me…. Few minutes passed, I asked if still there… got told to wait a minute… it was about 5 minutes when screen flashed up they’d left the chat & closed it… arrrgh…
I started. a new chat… Bot wanted my email address this time and immediately closed chat as ‘agents busy’
Tried again, similar thing… like having a door slammed in your face…
Tried phone number… guess what all their agents are busy…
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid… looking through these reviews there’s a pattern of unpaid prizes…

Absolutely awful since Allwyn have taken over. Camelot were rubbish but at least the system mostly worked. Their £450m upgrade is a complete waste of money. The new app/website is more difficult to navigate. Have to spend longer on it than before to buy the same tickets. Checking draws and matches now has to be done separately for each line on each ticket. Getting an email telling you that you have won a prize helps not one whit when you cannot log into the app or the site. Can't log in today and it's a recurring problem not a one off. This company needs to fix the setup pronto or give the franchise up to someone who can. What a complete joke. If your customers cannot log in you don't get any money from them. Super bunch of executives you have there. 🤦‍♂️

Closed my account. Got an email saying I'd won 30 quid. Looked on my bank account no 30 quid. Looked on my balance in the lottery app, no 30 quid so, logically thought it was a scam. Closed my lottery account immediately. Then rang the help line only to be told that you have to look into your direct debit details in the app to see the 30 quid. What an absolute pile of crap that is. The person on the helpline even made light of my concern about the culture of scamming people out of their money
Anyway have requested that all my details are erased from their servers immediately
I believe it's a new organisation who have taken over the running of the lottery. Well, they won't be getting any more of my money. The national lottery is just a tax on idiots anyway. You're 12 times more likely to be struck by lightning than win the jackpot.

Price doubled several years ago , and the odds of winning halved!
Absolute rip off!
