I bought a pair of white linen trousers from this company from a photo on their website. The price was reasonable and the trousers look amazing...However, when the eventually arrived the clour was more yellow than white and so see through there was no way they could be worn. The quality was also awful. I was determined to return, even though it was not an easy process. I paid £4.90 for international postage and 2 months later still waiting for my refund, luckily I scanned a copy of proof of postage. As I paid through Paypal, I have now registered a claim against this company and also, Paypal have refunded my postage already, so watch this space!

My wife spent over £100 on clothes. Took 2 months to arrive from China. Quality is shocking, sizing is arbitrary. When she tried to return they put an unreasonable time limit on and then tried to manipulate her with a discount to keep them. But they're unwearable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Lotimena and could not have been more disappointed with the product which a feather weight, ill fitting piece of absolute plastic rubbish. I paid £6.90 for postage, at which time it was estimated that the shoes would be with me within 10 days - delivery was more like 4 weeks at which point I was staring down the barrel of an additional £16.00 return postage charges to ship a piece of plastic half way back round the world! Do not order from this company!!! They should be taken down!!! The few reviews on their site are clearly fake - when I asked whether I could leave an honest review I was told that the company did not yet have that facility!!

I’ve emailed Lotimena as the return process is not clear / not straightforward on their website. Trying to get a refund. They don’t reply and you have to pay to return things too. They take your money straight away so be aware! First and last time I’ll be using this company!! ☹️

By giving this company 1 star is a complete injustice however there wasn't a box for 0 stars.
I am so disappointed with all the 10 dresses I ordered. I bought 1 style in 5 different colours, all the same size and only 2 fitted. The material is cheap, the finish is not very good. All of the dresses were ordered at the same time and arrived in 4 separate parcels over 4 weeks. It is now too late to return the 1st parcel so I have lost the money. I am able to return 2 dresses but I have to pay the postage to China and the customs fee.
Please don't be a fool like me and fall for these bargain clothes. They look good in the photos but in reality they're thrown together and just rubbish.
If you want low cost clothes, look in your local charity shops..I bought 2 skirts, 3 blouses and a bag (all designer labels) for £23....
I will NEVER buy from this company again!!!

This is the worst company I have ever had dealings with.Trying to get a refund is nye impossible.I've had e-mails back and forth for about 8 weeks and they just keep repeating themselves.Hermes have accepted responsibility for the non delivery of my parcel but I still can't get Lotimena to refund my money!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.You'll regret it!!

My review is much the same as everyone else. Very poor quality. Unable to return as some of the items arrived before others. So 15 days up despite ordering at the same time. I think the company use pictures from genuine companies but make their own copies in cheap fabric. One item was a knitted top but when it came the pattern was printed on the cheap material. I am so sorry that I didn’t check the reviews beforehand. Wasted my mum £150 worth of rubbish. Taking it to the charity shop so they can weight it in. I wish there was a way to stop this company selling items in the uk.

Dreadful service. I ordered over £200 worth of clothes in the exact same size. Some were too big some too small. I then tried to arrange a refund only to be told I will have to pay to return and could incur custom charges and it could take a long time to arrive. I was offered a 10% refund which I accepted as it was made clear it wouldn’t be worth my time returning the items! A complete ripoff..don’t use this company.

I bought one of their T-shirts and was very happy with the quality, it take a while to get to me but for just over £10 i think i have a good deal, its had at least 5 washes so far without losing any colour

4 weeks ago I ordered 2 tops & 1 dress ....because it was taking so long I managed to cancel 1 top ....1 arrived smaller than advertised poor quality.....dress nowhere to be seen says was delivered last week ....no not to me ....they told me to raise a complaint to delivery ....WHAT a crap misleading business in China.....I thought it was in Europe compleatly dupped by them not like me .....DO NOT ORDER OFF THEM ITS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY & TIME

BEWARE.Do not order from this company. Asked for order to be cancelled 1 hour after ordering after reading reviews. Did not receive a reply from them they just carried on with the order even though they say you can within 24hrs on their website.
Arrived articles didn’t fit even though followed their sizing chart. Offered 15% back because it would have cost me around £30 to send back not worth the effort or cost. They go on about time to arrive customs etc didn’t go through customs in UK. They also advertise as being a UK company but they are in China.

I spent £104.00 on clothes from this company. Not one if the items looked as advertised. Cheap material and all patterns blurred. Totally shocked. I returned them only to be told I couldn't have a refund as I did not get a returns code prior to return and also they told me that I should not have returned to the address on the invoice. There was no instruction on the invoice hiw to return.I feel totally ripped off. Do not buy from this company .

So, having waited ages for a dress to arrive, a medium, as per their measurement chart, it was at least two sizes too small! Style very good, quality very acceptable but now am faced with potential difficulties of returning it and by their sizing I would need an XXL, which probably would hang off my shoulders. Do I persevere? I really like the dress!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Clothes nothing like advertised, cheap and shoddy, took over 4 weeks to arrive, I had to file a complaint with Paypal as couldnt get in touch with company which advertise as UK, had to send back at my own cost of £20 to China, as far as I can tell through tracking they have been in customs over 2 weeks now as reccipient haven't claimed them, obviously not worth it to them to have them back, lost out on £20 postage but at least this company no longer have my money as Paypal have refunded my money for the goods, wish I had read reviews first.

Avoid these at all costs, you are being ripped off and the goods are nothing like those advertised. Do not waste your money.

If I could award no stars I would. This site is a scam. I am usually careful, but obviously not in this case. I received no order number, no tracking information, and indeed no dress.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE ITS A SCAM. The advert came up on Google and the clothes are so lovely I ordered a top for a wedding,the following day I went onto my online banking and found the £19. 82 had been taken out of my account in the name of ChicVUKLimited which I then looked up to see it was a scam and you don't get the goods,luckily I only ordered one item,I have e mailed them several times no reply,I don't know why I didn't look them up as I'm usually so careful.I did get in contact with my bank to tell them but I thought I would warn everyone Please don't buy off these fraudsters.

Ordered 3 items, t-shirt, socks, and what I thought was a jumper. Goods arrived from China, t-shirt nice material, well made colour fading after 2 washes, socks not what I ordered as in wrong colour, the jumper wasn't a jumper but a printed colour on heavy nylon material. On the whole a waste of money, just not worth risking buying anything from an advert you see on YouTube.

Have waited weeks, e-mailed, no replies, very unprofessional, will never use again. Not hopeful of receiving the garments that were paid for.

Waited weeks shoes too small top too big after reading the reviews l won’t bother to return them.l need someone with very small feet and a 3xl lady.Never again.
