Ordered a clock

Update- company have since been in contact and refunded for faulty clock

Ordered a clock. Wish I had looked here first as it is rubbish quality and the sticker that’s on it has peeled at edges. Terrible quality and no response from company. I won’t be putting it up and can’t get my ££ back. Avoid!!!

Poor quality products and no customer service contact

I ordered two lamps from Lorra home, when they finally arrived they are so dark you can barely see anything by them, definitely not good enough for a bedside reading lamp. One of the lamps you have to touch multiple times to turn on. I've emailed four times since receiving the order and have had no information on how to return these. I've called the listed number and the phone line is shut, despite me ringing in office hours.

*EDIT - I have since received an email from the team. Unfortunately the returns shipping is very expensive, but they have offered a partial refund for the item.

My order has never arrived!


I have yet to receive an order for two lamps that I placed on the 4th of July. The tracking which was initially with EVRI stated the parcel would be delivered yesterday (17th of July) I then received an email yesterday saying there was an issue with my order and it was being returned to the sender even though no attempt at delivery had been made. Prior to this I had contacted Lorra Home using the contact page on their website because when you call the number on their website - despite saying they are available Monday to Friday and on Saturdays no one ever answers the telephone you are instead asked to contact them at info@Saloona Decor (no idea of the correct spelling as the email is not written on the website) . I used the contact form on their website and have had no response. I’ve also now tried to contact them on Instagram. As things stand I have paid for two lamps two weeks ago that I have not received and I’ve heard from no one. These lamps were meant to be a wedding gift and I ordered from Lorra based on the reviews on Trustpilot. Very very disappointing.

As an update. I am disappointed to say that Lorra Home did not respond to either of my emails, messsges on their contact page, private message on Instagram or answer any of my calls (despite saying they are open for calls Mon-Sat). Thankfully I paid for the lamps using PayPal and through their resolution centre, I have obtained a refund.
