Lorinney 

If I could give less than 1 start I would. I ordered the Lorinney Card Shuffler on April 22, 2025 and it never arrived. When I first reached out to their so-called customer support on May 28, I was already skeptical since the tracking showed it was being shipped from China—which was never disclosed at purchase.

What followed was two months of pure nonsense. I went back and forth with “Ellen” from their support team, who repeatedly insisted the item had been delivered, despite my multiple confirmations that it absolutely had NOT been. I requested either a replacement or a refund multiple times and was stonewalled every time. Instead of taking responsibility, Ellen sent me copy-paste replies and told me—I kid you not—to “check my garden” for a package that was supposedly delivered two months ago.

This company is clearly a shady dropshipper, and their customer service is just a front to stall until you give up. Thankfully, I had used PayPal, and was refunded within an hour after I escalated the dispute.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER from Lorinney or whatever shell name they’re using. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is—especially when it’s coming from across the globe with zero transparency. Buyer beware.

This is a scam. They steal your money, do not ship any items, refuse to refund or even follow up with communication.

Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben etwas bestellt und nie angekommen. Angeblich hat der Postbote bei China Post nicht zugestellt und würde darauf gekündigt was alles nur hinhalten ist. Über 20 Mails hin und her geschrieben und immer nur hingehalten. Jetzt hoffe ich das ich das Geld noch irgendwie zurückerstattet kann.

Definitely a scale it’s been over a month and the keep telling me the same thing to check my post office but nothing was ever delivered usps 🤬

Terrible communication. Pretty sure this is a scam. Stated my item was delivered, but no traceable evidence that it was ever en route or ever existed for that matter - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Stessa esperienza pessima ed identica alla recensioni lette. È una truffa. Ti fanno credere che la consegna sia andata a buon fine ma in realtà non arriva alcuna spedizione e ti mandano solo una finta avvenuta notifica di consegna. Maledetti.

Scammers do not buy from like everyone else says item delivered nothing ever arrives. No courier information.

Placed an order in May, contacted Lorriney via email - they stated my ordered had been delivered.
It definitely has NOT been delivered.
I asked for a refund or if they could reship my item where they declined to.
This website is a SCAM!! Do not purchase from them.

Same as the others I ordered an ice maker back in May 2025 as of today I still haven’t received it. I keep getting the runaround from China post writing via email notification saying that it had been delivered to my address on July 3. Why don’t I have it. They got me I knew it was too good to be true when I bought it. Be careful what you see on Facebook.

It’s a scam. I emailed about delay in delivery after one month. Suddenly, the item arrived in my city purportedly and was updated as delivered. When I contacted them they claimed they are contacting their carrier to investigate. They didn’t get back or deliver my item.
Big scam.

Adding my experience to the list. They said the item was delivered, but nothing. Waited over a month, no hand off to US based delivery company. Total scam.

I had my doubts the day after I "bought" the 3 screen set up.. Moment of weakness the day before.. Then I Googled their address and it's a totally different company name which set alarm bells ringing. Notified my bank and I'm in the process of them refunding me. Like everyone else, order says delivered at 4pm. Not actually received anything. Seemed too good to be true.. Usually is

Bare svindel - styr unna dette selskapet. Bestilte et produkt fra dem for lenge siden - ingenting skjer. Ved purring får jeg beskjed fra saksbehandler Ellen om at jeg må se rundt huset/spørre mine naboer om de har sett pakken. Helt utrolig arrogant.

Malgrado il tracking confermi la consegna il pacco non è mai arrivato a destinazione, palesemente sito truffa.
Attenzione a paypal che ricevendo dati tracciabilità non rimborsa la pratica quindi doppia fregatura.

Same story as all the other reviews. Placed an order, waited a month the parcel was then shown as delivered (at 4am!) no parcel received I contacted PayPal who refunded but the company are keep coming back to me to say it’s been delivered and signed for which is not the case
